The hard work put in by you and others is appreciated. The right thing being done by the DB team is also a relief. I get every one is in a pickle but hopefully we all learn and grow. This game has a smaller base then others but makes more per person if I'm led to believe outsiders figures. We do want the company to continue and not end like other mobile games before this. Omg I'm going on 2 years. Who would have thought!

If it is unclear, their "apology" for the "apology" still stinks. Because of the several issues with the Event Christmas weekend, including them stopping it EARLY, I did the Double Up Offer TWICE, because that was the only way to Fully Fuse him. They better enjoy that $50.

Yeah, that's meowsome! I have my ticket still pending, but after they asked me for a screenshot in the first response, I felt like there is a chance I would actually get the Honor back. Great!

I am guessing people who spent money on it will get jack, because you have already consented when making the purchase and no refunds or compensations are possible
Also, let me be clear: me playing Paul Revere on the forums and throughout the game's social media is not an official response. I completely believe that we are owed an official response on this. I don't think this is over by a longshot.
I woke up to being compensated 50k honour this morning which made me happy.
But I got no message about it. I had to discover it just by going about my normal routine.
It would have been nice to have someone send me a message in response to the ticket I sent in yesterday like "hey, we're sorry about that debacle, here's 50k honour like you asked", why?
Because I'm pretty sure I got 500 dilithium and 500 merits on top of that. I can't be certain though because like I said, I received no message from customer service to say what I did and did not get compensated. But I don't think I had as much dilithium and merits last night when I went to sleep as when I woke up this morning. Not complaining, but a message would be nice for me, and consistency would be nice for everyone else if it is indeed the case I got 50k honour and then some.
EDIT: Heads up everyone, you may not get a message about your compensation if you sent a ticket in, they may just compensate you without saying a word, be sure to check!

Agreed here. Hell, even if you are VIP 0 and spent a hard earned 50,000 honor and submitted a ticket I'd expect to hear back in short order. The fact that VIP prioritizing for CS claims seems to be a thing is actually quite disturbing.

From some reports, neither. Stuff will just show up and you'll get notification in 5 days that because DB didn't update your ticket it was marked solved and autoclosed.

If I get 50k honor instead of the 550 I paid for I'm still not being compensated for the issue at hand if they gave me 50k honor and 1 transmission I'd call it quits
to think about the cost of dealing with each and every ticket I would think DB would have just quickly responded in an in game mail and give the effected players 50,000 honor or a citation. That way they could just quickly respond to all those tickets with a standered reply of this has been dealt with and we appreciate your feedback.
My issue is that the solution requires people to claim.
An issue happened. People were frustrated. The issue was acknowledged. Responses from CS were random depending who you got - some people haven’t had a reply. Unofficial confirmation that a better solution is being implemented is announced. The better solution requires you to ticket for the first solution to be ‘fixed’.
For me, you don’t make the people you just pissed off do extra work to get a fix. You fix it for them...
