Some great numbers in this thread, well done everyone!
Datacore has given me this estimate - getting reeeaaall close now! Including frozen crew gave me 9hr 53min but I don't have any empty slots at the minute to try that. Hopefully I'll be able to babysit this one at the end and see if it makes 10hr...
All crew are immortalised except for Adira Tal (3/5 FE) and Evolved Janeway (1/5 FE).
EDIT: Forgot to mention it's DIP/SCI on the Borg Cube 2550AM
EDIT PT 2: My first natural 10hr! 🤩 The first Voyage from yesterday failed but today's gone all the way!
10:26! New personal best and it's the second half of my first 10hr+ pair, Sec/Eng and Eng/Sec.
Hit 10:28 today. Not a huge jump or great feat, but slow and steady wins the race. A Med/Sci Voyage over 9:30 would mean all skill combos over the 9:30 mark.

After getting close several times, I finally hit my first 12-hour Voyage yesterday!
Aside from primary/secondary skills, the numbers weren't that impressive-looking. Datacore estimated 11:07 for the Voyage, so I just got lucky that the hazards hit the main skills so often. Had 900-ish AM at 10-hours. Main skill was what did it -- that slightly higher number didn't start failing hazards until after the 12-hour dilemma, but the secondary skill began failing around 11:30 or so.
Screenshots for everything are below, including summary and crew used (click on the Spoiler tag to see the rest). Anyway, glad to have crossed that milestone off my list.

Hit 10:32 on a Med/Dip voyage today. It's my first 10:30+ voyage and my first skill combo to pass the 10 hour mark regardless of order. Dip/Med has hit 10:13 before.

I've had an 11:40something or three. Never keep screenshots of these. When I finally get a natural 12 I probably will. I'm within range of natural 12s on several voyage pairs if RNG is on my side. I would need to match most seat traits with good crew and then still get lucky on the skill checks. But it's inside the realm of possibility right now. It could happen any day. Well, that's assuming I let them roll. I usually recall at 10h no matter how much antimatter is left over. Right now my record is 1200-some AM when I recalled at 10h. I still think about that voyage. Should have let it ride.

We did it! Our 1st 12 hour Voyage!
What a nail biter!
Thanks for sharing. I had assumed my collection bonuses weren’t strong enough yet to bother attempting 12 hours… but actually they must be in a similar ballpark to yours. So maybe, with a few well-chosen cites and a strong dose of luck, it’s possible after all!

I had a huge bump in PB today, huger than any step in the last several years. I went from 11 hours 22 minutes 40 seconds to 11 hours 57 minutes 20 seconds, and I was just a single hazard away from reaching 12 hours (because the 11h 58m 40s check is not a hazard, but a reward). I could have risked it and if it had been security (14k points) it might have passed, because two hazards before, the secondary engineering passed miraculously with only about 13.7k points at roughly 11 hours and 55 minutes.

Forgot to post this a few weeks ago, almost 12 hours but no 4* crew.

I'm not the first 12 hour voyage, but perhaps the most impressive?
Anyhoo, still riding the high 20 minutes later!

Ticked this one off.
