Got another one of the "2-part" that starts to load then days "error couldn't load file" and goes back to the game. I tried about 8 times (it's Friday, I want my double cadet chrons) but finally gave up and didn't get my chrons

I've recently started getting an ad for a game which automatically kicks itself into the app store 3/4 way into the ad. Is this expected from an ad? It feels overly intrusive and I wonder if it might even be illegal for it to open my app store without approval. It's only one ad. All the others don't do this. Is it possible to investigate?

I don't know if it was supposed to be for VD awareness or a dating site or what; I closed it quickly because I was in the room with people who I was glad did not glance in my phone's direction. Definitely does not belong considering the E 10+ rating in the app store.

1. Dabo Wheel error x2
2. Had to watch 5 ads to get a reward x3
3. had to watch 2 to 4 ads to get the reward many, many times
4. had to watch one ad to get the reward once (must have been the true error lol )
I don't know how many different ways people need to tell you before you understand that it's broken?

I then received ad credit and got the free scan for the ads. So it looks like this ad provider is using various timers on what is usually the end screenshot for an ad to display more ads.
I understand that ad warps are not available on Facebook or Steam, but they have been on my Android phone (Pixel 2), up until about six weeks ago. Same account running on another Android device works fine. Any suggestions?

Almost once a day, I see the opportunity to play an ad for a double reward or for an extra dabo spin. I click it. I watch the ad. And then I’m denied the reward that was promised. This is the error message I see:
This also resets the timer for watching an ad for any other area - like bonus 10 chrons, etc., so not only am I denied the reward I’m promised, but I’m actually penalized for having watched the ad. This needs to be fixed. If the timer isn’t up for watching another ad and getting the reward, the box for clicking to watch the ad shouldn’t appear in the first place.
Did you switch device prior to seeing this?
Happened again today. Have been on the game, on and off, from this same device (iPad) since mid-morning (it’s now dinner time). Have restarted the game a couple times in there anyway. Not sure why it keeps doing this. Very frustrating.

This is anouther one of the same style as the other two, this one for a dubious suppliment (the "black friday sale" a month and a half out is noteworthy). I haven't gotten the weight loss one again, but I did get the phallic one (probably an ED product considering the theme) again, and once again in the company of people who would have been offended/made assumptions so I closed it quickly again.
Android version: When I go to dabo, I see watch ad buttons blink, but they never stay. I also stopped getting ads for double rewards and scans about the time these appeared. Ads for chrons aren't offered, and instead, the game sometimes stalls when I collect the chrons boost. (I need to press power twice to get to the square to touch so I can close the unresponsive app.) I had a low space issue when chrome downloaded gigs of junk about that time, as well, but that's been long fixed. No improvement after months. The same thing happened on my old device, and it was fixed when I installed on my new one, but a reinstallation didn't help this time. I might try again when I have more data to burn, making sure I clear app data and any residual shared storage and SD card stuff...
Well, I've had no ad-warps at all today. I play on Android, and I've never had this problem before. There isn't an option shown to play ads, so I can't double any missions, free chrons, or the Dabo. I'm in Australia if that helps.
I haven't had any ads since October 5. Maybe the new server release broke this. A major chroniton and boost handicap in the event and overall game play. There should be huge compensation daily until this fault gets fixed. 24x48 chrons a day just for the warp...
I've just run the King of Avalon: Dragon Warfare ad seven+ times on Android without it triggering the 2X rewards. It plays out its timer I close it and there is a brief Hailing Starfleet and I'm right back where I started with the orange button to run the ad again. This has happened in the past and eventually I've gotten a different ad which then gets me the reward, but so far tonight Unity seems to really like serving me this particular ad. Very frustrating as there are good rewards waiting to be doubled.
EDIT: After a dozen times I finally gave up. I really don't get how every other game I play with some type of Ad reward seems to get it done just fine with the same ad providers, but DB manages to have glitches and problems on every single platform I play on (iOS, Android) from time to time.
I did a fresh install yesterday morning and since then there have been no ad warps or other ad benefits. I only reinstalled because I was instructed to regarding another issue, and now this. Does anyone know if this is related to a fresh install or what? Ads mostly worked fine until then.

About a week before the Ads stopped appearing I got an update on Android 9 (official, my device isn't rooted). It's a Huawei Mate 10 Pro.
But besides that nothing. I used a 2x reward on a cadet mission, went to my sports course, and when I returned home I never got ads again.
I tried my old smartphone today, installed STT, logged in with my account and boom, I get ads there.
So it's the device and not my account. But what's the difference?
Since it's over a week now where I have no Ads anymore, and support could not help me, is there anything I can do, @Shan?

If you have not already tried, you could attempt to reset your Google Ad ID on the phone where no longer see ads.
Your case seems a bit different as you didn't reinstall the game, but you did get an android update that might have interfered with something. We are gathering information at this point to see if we can find a cause. So if you think of anything else or if ads suddenly come back, please let us know. Thanks!
I stopped getting Ads after my Android phone ran into some major issues and I had to factory reset it in the bootloader. After reinstalling I am no longer receiving the option for Ads. I also tried resetting my Google Ad ID on the phone, reinstalling STT, signing out and signing back in with no success.
I have already submitted a help desk issue and have not received any response. Is this a different issue that I am experiencing @Shan ?
