After checking off all missions, I'm still getting some listed in the recommendations.
Do you know which ones you still see?
On non-immortal crew, when the Keep checkbox is marked, can the recommendation be set to Need?
While not impossible, it would be a bit of work to change, and I personally think it makes more sense to keep them listed along with the Active crew.
Otherwise you end up with the non-FF crew who still have requirements listed under 'Active', and the non-FF crew who have no remaining requirements under 'Need'.

I see Bearing Up and Rabid Fans.
Just marking Keep, not Active and Keep. For instance, someone that's recommended to Space, but I'm going to collect them if I get them. I mark them Keep, but they stay with the original recommendation. So they are not in Active at all. Maybe that's confusing the issue. I was hoping marking them Keep would move them to Need: Marked As Keep.
Thanks
It appears the Need / Marked as Wanted functionality for non-FE crew is not functioning as it used to. Active / Marked as Keep for FE crew seems to be fine.
Thanks for the great work, the new checklist is running much smoother
For unleveled Crew I added a Fx entry in the Notes field, also I keep track who goes on voyages and increase a Vxx counter in that field too - Z-A- sorting the notes brings the voyage heroes 1st and the partly fused unleveled purples right after that.
The number of Best Active Skill on the settings page is not being used, it looks like it's hard coded to 5 at the moment.
I cannot replicate this, unfortunately: on my end, changing the setting correctly adjusts the amount of requirements shown on the Crew tab. If it really is going wrong on your copy, are you able to share a link so I can have a look at it?
The formulas for Stat Requirements Values on the Data sheet get the 5th highest matching stat.
=if(Settings!$E$15=FALSE,"",large(filter(Stats!$BG5:$BG,Stats!$B5:$B=3),5)*0.99)
I assumed that those formulas were linked to the value in Settings!$E$35, but have now worked out that setting actually applies to the calculation for the Best Active skill.
So put it all down to a misunderstanding
Possible future feature to add it in as a setting? Number of Maximum Base Values.

I noticed this on my alt & believe they should be listed for the Dip node instead of the Med node.

Has anyone had the problem where if you do a Paste Special Values Only that it doesn't do anything? (As in it won't paste anything at all.)

yes this happened to me, there was some issue with the copy I made to my personal drive of the new do not airlock sheet. I deleted it and made a new copy to my personal google drive, then was able to paste ok from the conversion sheet.

Thanks for the help. I made a new copy of version 3.0.1 and the conversion sheet but same issue. Maybe my copy of 2.50 is messed up?

I had this as well. Just nothing came across. I opted to enter mine manually, since my custom columns aren't supported anyway.
I had the same problem. I copied and pasted as values from the conversion sheet into an Excel workbook on my computer and then copied/paste values into the 3.0.1 google sheet and it seemed to work.

Not sure what might cause this! Are you sure you made a personal copy of the conversion sheet, and opened that?
Also, a couple of the issues reported earlier should now be fixed, and the newest crew are in!

Thanks, Leshy! Although, I believe there is an error with the new entry for Section 31 Philippa Georgiou. On the sheet she is listed as a 5 star legendary crew, however, in the game she is only a 4 star super rare crew member.
Noticing something strange. I just got Mirror Inquisitor Troi off a behold. She was showing as NEED: Voyages: DIP/SEC, DIP/MED, SEC/MED. As soon as I added her as 1/5 (but not yet marked as active) she changed to "SPACE". When I marked her as 1/5 and ACTIVE she went to "Gauntlet MED". But still her Voyages recommendation did not reappear. I tried marking additional stars and the voyage recommendation popped back up at 4/5 stars.
I haven't noticed this behaviour with other crew, so I wondering if I've managed to introduce an error somewhere in my copy.

That's telling you that you currently have other voyage crew that are stronger options than Mirror Troi until Troi reaches 4/5. The spreadsheet initially shows you how the crew would benefit you if they were 5/5 for their full potential, but once you acquire them and mark them as only 1/5 they are not yet as strong as they would be if fully fused.
If it were not designed this way, would you have it instead tell you troi is an airlock (space) because her stats are displayed as her 1/5 potential? You'd miss out on some of the best crew in the game if the spreadsheet was only recommending them based on their weakest potential. A 1/5 FO Burnham would probably be weaker than some of your crew, but I sure would not want the spreadsheet advising me to skip her in a begold!

Oh I get it now - thanks! Yes of course that does make sense. Of course - duh - my stoopid.

Leshy, thanks for the awesome work this spreadsheet is very useful
Apologies if this has been mentioned but I have version 3.0.1 and 2* L'Rell and Section 31 Georgiou are missing, are they planned for your next update? Thanks so much!
2* L'rell is still missing - or is she is completely useless and not worth adding?
2* L'Rell is missing. I'm sure it was an oversight. Though, with the new layout of Stats sheet, adding new crew is easier than it was on the old one. I'm sure that when he gets a chance, @Leshy will be able to do an update.
And 2* L'Rell is a 2*. 6/49 ranked, so maybe if you still need cadet crew...

Found a bug. OK, typo. It is the current year, not 2018
Thank you for the outstanding work!
Thanks. I had to do several manual copy and pastes since there's no version to change to in the convertor sheet. I'm good with the 3.01 version now.
Otherwise you end up with the non-FF crew who still have requirements listed under 'Active', and the non-FF crew who have no remaining requirements under 'Need'. Thanks, fixed. The cell reference changng when I added in the new missions.
Arf! Somewhere around July I'll get used to it being 2019! Thanks

Just change the 5 next to her name to a 4 on the Stats sheet and she's fine
