Leshy, thanks for the awesome work this spreadsheet is very useful
No problem, you're welcome!
Apologies if this has been mentioned but I have version 3.0.1 and 2* L'Rell and Section 31 Georgiou are missing, are they planned for your next update? Thanks so much!
I had indeed missed the new 2* L'Rell in the previous update. She's in now, along with the new event crew!
I assume found an error in the last version: Kol of House Kor is 4* and Section 31 Philippa Georgiou is 5* in the sheet, I think they just switched places.
Anyway, thank you very much for this sheet, it's invalueable help to keep track of my crew.

It seems to be correct in the 3.03 sheet I'm using.

You are both right. The Stats sheet tracks which crew are part of what collection, which feeds into the recommendations. However, the Data sheet contains the overview of which crew are part of the custom collections not based on traits or rarity. Adding Sphere-Builder Presage to the Data sheet will cause the Stats sheet to also pick him up correctly.
I have already fixed it in the 3.03 version that is currently up, and he will be in there in future versions as well.

Same as Ward Serpentine: as far as I can tell, they are both correct in the current version 3.03 and I think they also were in 3.02. If they somehow got mixed up for you, you can easily fix it by looking them up in the Stats sheet and setting the correct rarities in column B.
I see this. If this is my mistake, can I corrected by just changing the number to 5? Or will I ruin the formula?
Without looking, I would say that the first thing to do would be to select the cell in question to see if it contains a value, or a formula. If it's a formula leave it alone, otherwise you are probably safe to change it.
Hey, yes it does contain a formula that is why I don't risk changing it by simply replacing the number. It is very weird, I did the transition from 3.00 to 3.03 twice already in case I did something wrong but no.
The place to change the rarity is actually on the Stats sheet, not on the Crew sheet (hit the little button with horizontal lines in the bottom left of the screen to unhide it).
Thanks for the update - just noticed one oddity: my 1/5 temporal prisoner chakotay showed as SEC/MED in my main sheet and as SEC/ENG/MED in my vip0 sheet. I rebuilt the sheet for my main from scratch and somehow now Cornwell shows as MED/SEC only.
Didn't touch the hidden tables of course, so where are these people losing their skills?
If you're wondering if your copy matches the one posted, go back to page 1 and reopen it and compare to your own copy. It's easy for you to manually type over the number there by accident, or perhaps you're cutting and pasting that column when migrating versions but you should only paste the columns you are manually changing.
On the updated sheet, choose File, Make A Copy. I sort both my copy and the updated master by Version, then Name. On the Crew tab, copy over the Column B, Active and Keep columns, one at a time. Then either copy or set the Missions and Settings tab choices to your progress.
Thank you very much. Since we have the spreadsheet from iampicard that pulls your current crew, wouldn’t it be a good idea to incorporate that feature into this spreadsheet to assist with updating?
That is dangerous territory and I'd rather not have a tool that gets close to violating the Terms of Service. Until DB releases an official tool to do this, manual entry is probably best.

Thanks Leshy for all the hard work you put into this sheet. I did notice one small and VERY minor typo - On the missions sheet for episode 7. You have Striking at Shadows as both mission 6 and mission 7
It's been quite busy, so I did not have a lot of time to work on the sheet. Did a quick update with the latest crew and changes so that an up-to-date version is available. Thanks @RedFlames and @Saberwolfe: I have made both fixes!
Version 3.05 is now in the OP.
In addition, Azimon has contacted me with a script that pulls crew data through the STT 'API' and allows the sheet to be auto-filled, rather than manually. This is something I have been interested in for some time, but the recent IAmPicard situation has made me and quite a few other people very wary of doing such things. I need a bit of time to play with it, and see what the best way of implementing it would be, and whether it could work as some sort of optional add-on. I hope to get around to this sometime soon!
I was wondering about the API and if it will be reused. It's a pity that DB hasn't come out with the details and guidelines for it. Looking forward to how it goes.

Is it possible to pause updates to the spreadsheet while it's being worked on? Entering data is very slow when it stops to update the entire thing after each field changes.

Bug: Sphere-Builder Presage is listed in the Dephic Expanse collection.
Fix solution: On Stats Sheet, Column H, Add "Sphere-Builder Presage"
It seems to be correct in the 3.03 sheet I'm using.

I think that you meant the Data sheet. But he is missing.
Protecting the Galaxy's Future from itself
No, I mean the stats sheet where membership in collections is tracked. Column H lists the membership of the Delphic Expanse collection.

Alternatively, grab the new 3.04 version

Just you. He's listed correctly as a 4* on my copy.
Each time the spreadsheet is updated with new crew, etc., how do we update our local copy? Do we re-enter all of the information manually?
