My goals in this game keep evolving, which I think is natural. These are the ones I'm working on now, which should keep me busy at least through the end of the year:
1. Make 10-hour voyages regularly (I've only done it 5 times so far).
2. Finish remaining skill-reward collections -- Spit & Bailing Wire (Jury Rigger) and A New Challenger Approaches (Gauntlet Legendaries)
3. Immortalize a legendary version of all the captains -- (Sisko, Picard, Janeway all done; still need Kirk, Archer, and . . . Burnham, I guess)
4. Immortalize a legendary of every top-two skill set:
Done: CMD-DIP, CMD-SCI, CMD-SEC, DIP-CMD, ENG-CMD, ENG-SEC, ENG-DIP, SEC-CMD, MED-CMD, MED-SEC, MED-DIP, SCI-ENG, SCI-CMD, SCI-DIP

I don't think I really have any goals in the game at the moment. I guess getting all the stars on the map, but I haven't put any effort at all into that in, well, I can't remember the last time I did a new mission for any other reason than to have got through the story (and getting Q recently, of course). I'd kind of like to have all the Kiras, but I missed out on Vegas Kira, and it's not like I was using citations on the ones I had anyway. I suppose the game's more a pastime than a pursuit for me, I like Star Trek so I'm happy to while away half an hour here and there keeping up with the game and gathering new 4*s when they appear. But I feel like it's never going to be 'complete' - like, I'm the kind of person who will spend ages hunting down every little thing in a game to get 100%, but in STT the only way to do that would be spending big, and since I'm not willing to do that, I don't feel like there's any need to put in extra effort - like going all out on events, or making sure my voyages are crewed as effectively as possible - just to get from, say, 45% complete to 47% when I'm never going to get further than that anyway.
Which isn't a complaint about the game really, it's just that it is what it is. There are things I'd like - that missing Kira, various other legendaries I really like but haven't got - but none of that feels bucket-worthy to me, in the sense that 'I need to do this before bucket time'. Hopefully it's the game kicking the bucket, not me (not that I'm in a hurry to see STT go away, but I'd like to stick around a while myself as well).
Nothing really. Done everything except win an event (best finish is 4th) and I am not going to spend a couple thousand dollars on dil just to do that. Got my 2 wish list cards, TOS #1 and Nomad, so now I just hang out with my fleeties and have fun.

Granted, I could have FF four mega legendaries instead with those citations, but I don't mind taking my time if it means focusing on characters I like. Science Officer Spock is next.

We have several good voyage options in the ENG/SCI/MED department now, but to my knowledge Indulgent Seven is the only one with MED as the high score, and therefore a bit of a unicorn. I am positive when I have her immortalized in a month or so my voyage times will get a lot better.

I believe you can wait to use the ad dabo spin towards the end of your dabo chase to save thousands of dilithium. Does not seem to be a time that you have to use the ad spin so you can wait. You probably already employ this.

I believe you can wait to use the ad dabo spin towards the end of your dabo chase to save thousands of dilithium. Does not seem to be a time that you have to use the ad spin so you can wait. You probably already employ this.
I believe @Paladin 27 has stated the best time to use the free spin is when you are on the second-to-last spin.
