can someone who knows how to plug in the stat numbers properly share the crew strength/rank of the Baul crew? I like the skill combo, but have no idea how to manually plug in those numbers to get a voyage rank.

Ba'ul comes out better than TP Chakotay ... who I have immortal and is very versatile ... so Ba'ul would be a great addition to anyone's crew really.

Pike, Worf, and Owosokun are featured crew. So their variants all are bonus crew. Spock is not featured. So Spock does not get a bonus. The only Spocks getting a bonus are the DIS Spocks
So Timekeeper whatever his name is is a better version of Captain Spock. I mean in terms of raw stats. Obviously Spock would have more event use
I wouldn't necessarily call that a given. With 2 Discovery Megas each year, that means 8 events right there (I know that anything without a faction portion doesn't really count but the same would hold for Captain Spock). Any Klingon events are gravy.

Variants always are drawn from the event crew directly and not from the bonus crew. If Prisoner is the bonus trait FO Burnham is not bonus crew too just because Prisoner Burnham is.

To add (assuming I didn't make another typo), he comes in at the #35 Voyager, ranks in the top 10 for all three of his skill combos for Voyages, and is the #3 for both SEC/MED and SEC/ENG shuttles.
Two pulls netted me a second star for New Eden Pike and a first/fourth for New Eden Owosekun, a pair of schematics, and 1600 Honor. I'm good with that. I hadn't decided whether to commit to chasing Ba'ul, but even at 1/5, that would let me freeze either Doctor La Forge or Changeling Bashir. They've stayed active for MED/ENG voyages, a glaring deficiency of my crew. Given how brutal Geordi was to equip, I don't mind using him, but I'd rather freeze as many crew as I can.

I wouldn't have even thought of using them, except [that app] recommended them when I consulted it for Voyage crews. That was back before the controversy and the shutdown, so it's been awhile, and I guess the habit just kinda stuck.
Yep, this is going to be a tough month if you're a Disco-auto-dismiss player. I'm not a Disco fan, but I have about 40 Disco crew at 4* and 5*. (Which I was quite surprised to see - had no idea I had that many until I did my pre-flight checks.)

After my kick-start, I was able to send 7 x 3500 point shuttles out between 94-96%, with time boosts. That's with 30 disco/Worf 4* crew still in my freezer!
Just think what the 4th mega-event faction event is going to look like, with even more bonus crew available. That will be an extremely competitive event!
Discovery haters will not be too interested to be competitive in an event where they can win more characters of that show. And since this mega is quite Discovery heavy they will probably regard it as a month off...

Yeah the Ba'ul looks awesome. I am extremely impressed by the DB artist that did the Ba'ul. It so easily could have looked terrible but instead it looks amazing! I am also really liking the crew choices and storyline of this mega. I hope Shan can pass along our praise to all involved.
