iPad Pro 64GB. When clicking on “Find Opponents” for the Gauntlet, Game goes to the screen to show opponents, but get a spinning circle of dots indicating it is attempting to find opponents, but it never resolves and I then have to quit the game because there’s no way to exit the screen.

So after having problems getting into the game on the windows 10 app ( which went through support but not resolved ) So i just don't use it .. Now since the the newest update and new log in screen on facebook i can't now get in via there .. 3 options new game play game and link game .. and the only option i can get to work is link game .. when i click on play or new nothing nadah .. i think its time to maybe stop playing this game then as with all these new things its just making playing the game impossible .. i don't know if this new one in known but now even on facebook where i started the game i now can't get in ..

this is the same thing I am getting, sometimes it takes several tries before timelines finally runs, so there something messed up between facebook and timelines.

Has the replay function been removed from away missions and space battles? Since the latest update went through now on every mission either away or battle the only button available is continue. This is frustrating as each time you need to reselect the mission, choose crew and start the mission. It slows game play down considerably. I see no other posts in regards to this so I am curious if it is a local issue. I would think this would annoy most players. It is certainly frustrating to me. Going into an event I would like to be able to quickly run a series of missions without having to set characters each time. I play via the Facebook platform and use an iMac. Hoping for a resolution to this please. Thanks.
Hi, I have a problem with Recent Recruits offer. So 10x pull should give a super rare or legendary crew from the list, which consists of 104 legendaries and 51 super rates. Drop rates are equal, so probability of getting a legendary crew from one 10x pull is 104/(104+51) = 0.67. Then, from the simple math, probability of NOT getting a legendary crew from N pulls is (1-0.67)^N.
My problem is: I did 14 10x pulls and got 0 legendaries from them. Probability of this 0.00000018. Which is essentially 0. I should have gotten at least one legendary, but got nothing. In fact, from the not that simple math - Bernoulli formula - most probably I should have gotten 9 or 10 legendaries from 14 pulls (probability of each case is 21%). And I got 0.
In other words, this offer doesn’t work as it’s advertised. I’m not that kind of person who is eager to accuse someone, but for me it looks like either a very bad bug with RNG or a purposely done cheat-tweaking of RNG (those pulls cost money you know). And I’m more than unhappy with this situation.
I welcome DB representatives into discuss. I really want to hear a sensible official explanation of how this could have happened.
So I’ve submitted a ticket, the support just ignore it. I’ve written about the issue here, still ignored. So that’s how you treat customers who pay you money. Very nice. I think I’ll just ask Apple for refund for dilithium I’ve spent on those Recent Recruits pulls. And I don’t think I’ll spend a single cent in the game anymore

I'm not sure I follow your method for calculating average drop rates. The chances of getting a legendary crew is not linked to the ratio of legendary to super rare crew that are available in the rewards. look at the advertised drop rates as follows;
In a 725 dil 10 pull, you get 10 x 1.82% chances of a legendary. If I've done my maths correctly, that's about 17% chance of a legendary per 10 pull.
Or if you were to buy 10 x 10 pulls, an 84% chance ON AVERAGE.
Because of the small odds involved in each of the 100 opportunities, there will be a lot of variation from that average. So not getting 1 in 14 pulls is a bit unlucky but certainly not a fault in the system. Others probably got lucky, I bought the offer for 5x 10 packs and got 1 legendary. All balances out ultimately.
That adversary is for crew members other than featured in the list. For crew members featured in the list drop rates are equal, that’s exactly what was told by DB. There’s 155 crew members in that list, 104 of them are legendaries, so the chance to get any legendary from the list in one 10x pull is 67%. Chance to get any non-featured legendary is 1-(1-0.0182)^9 = 15.2% (since it’s 10x pull, and there will be one featured crew, so 9 places left)
I assume my issue was somehow connected to the issue with event packs that were released just around that time. Now it seems to be fixed. But it doesn’t deny the fact that I wasted 14 10x pulls worth of 10150 dil , and the fact that DB are not even willing to take a look at this issue.

For 10x it is said that featured crew member is guaranteed. They don’t specify probability of will it be a super rare or will it be a legendary. It can’t be 7.27% and 1.82% because 7.27+1.82 is not 100%, and it must be 100% since we’re guaranteed to receive a featured crew member.
So, if they don’t specify drop rates of featured crew in 10x pull explicitly, then it must be the same for legendaries and super rares.
If indeed drop rate of featured crew in 10x pull is any different for legendaries and super rares, they must explicitly specify those drop rates. They don’t. In this case it’s direct violation of the Apple’s terms for apps in AppStore, so I can file a complaint.

As others have said, not receiving a legendary crew is not indicative of an issue. They are rare.
Furthermore for the Recent Recruits pack all legendary and super rare crew were featured crew.
I understand that for the other packs you would like to see different drop rates for featured 4* and 5*, and that feedback will be provided to the team.

From one 10x pull - it is not indeed. From 14 10x pulls - it is. Are you saying that if someone does a hundred 10x pulls and receives only super rares then it’s perfectly fine? No, it is not. And I’ve provided the specific case with the exact numbers and math, from which it is clear that packs were broken. I don’t have to do a hundred pulls in this case, fourteen were perfectly enough.
Could you please also answer a simple question - what are the odds of getting a legendary crew that is featured in a pack from 10x pack pull? There’s no such info in the game, but it must be there

I cannot progress past mission "Striking at shadows" in Episode 7. I fly my ship to the planet, and Shinzon's symbol in the upper right corner of the game screen is present. When i click on it, the game just beeps, a variety of "Star Trek beeps" - without actually loading the mission window.
I have been a long time player - Lvl73 and i had numerous support tickets to only be told every time they cannot help me. I tried the game on every platform out there.
Has anyone encountered that or a similar issue ? This is beyond frustrating, there are probably 100 missions i cannot access because of this - leveling up characters is a pain. Please help.

I am not sure if this will help, but have you tried to open that mission manually via the Galaxy Map icon for Episode 7? If the Shinzon symbol is not loading the mission, perhaps this method will work:

Thank you for trying to help. Since it is the first time trying to play the mission, flying to the planet and opening it by clicking on the character is the only way. I am trying to progress further through the episodes but it is impossible. (all missions beyond the one above are inaccessible, so are episodes 8-10)
I am unsure why DB is unwilling to help. I asked them to reset the whole episode 7, let me start over or simply mark this one mission completed on the server side (i know this is feasible) and they just do not want to help.
