Thank you for trying to help. Since it is the first time trying to play the mission, flying to the planet and opening it by clicking on the character is the only way. I am trying to progress further through the episodes but it is impossible. (all missions beyond the one above are inaccessible, so are episodes 8-10)
I am unsure why DB is unwilling to help. I asked them to reset the whole episode 7, let me start over or simply mark this one mission completed on the server side (i know this is feasible) and they just do not want to help.
It is not that we are unwilling to help, it is that we do not necessarily have a way to help.
Support tried something on their end and contacted you about it, they are waiting on a reply from you to see if the situation has evolved in any way.
I have not seen any communications, an i just checked the game on 2 devices, the problem still persists. I appreciate the communication, any help at this point is much, much appreciated. I am just very disheartened - it has been an issue for so long now without solution.

I have noticed some crew I had Immortalized aren't in the Vault.
Only One I worked on recently the others were Immortalized within the first year I played. Having 350 Immortalized crew there's no way I can keep track of them all.
I would have no idea if others are missing. I only know these are missing because I've been checking the Vault before I dismiss my 1,2,3 star crew because there almost complete.
I'm not sure what to do. I'm hoping there's a way to check if there's an issue.
This would be entirely up to DB's CS.

How do you change the name of a squadron? I was promoted to leader by the creator of my current squadron and was wondering if I could change the name without disbanding it. Also, is it wise to lead a squadron at a fairly early level, or should I pass the mantle on to someone more experienced? I'm not really sure what squadron leaders do, except share cards during events.
Really the only thing a squadron leader does is share crew. If you can consistently have good crew to share, you'll do fine. I am a squad leader and as such, I work hard to make sure I have the event gold crew ready each faction event. I don't know if you can rename a squad, but if you let everyone know ahead, you can disband it and reform it, giving invitations back to each of your people.
I'm not sure if this counts as a bug/issue but it's confusing me a lot. Why are there 32 daily rewards? There's 31 days in July. Seems impossible to claim the final daily reward...? Is there always one extra reward you can't claim, or is there some special way to claim it? I searched for this but couldn't find an answer anywhere.

Not at this time, that does not mean that further improvements are out of the question, when resources and time will allow of course.
Please repair name of "Riker Q" to "Q Riker".
It is Riker as a Q, so he had to be named Q Riker (equivalent to Mintakan Riker, Human Q, Klingon Quark)! Riker Q would instead be the character Q posing as Riker.
This is very apparent looking at next week's Data Q (Q posing as Data). So, we have Riker Q and Data Q, but their names follow totally different meanings. (one is Riker, none is Data)

If that is the case, we have been recently made aware of the issue.
It does not seem to affect all players on this version of chrome, which complicates things.
Please submit a ticket so we may keep track of the players affected and hopefully find some commonality. In the meantime, I would suggest using another browser, or the windows 10 app or Steam.

What browser are you using and what are you seeing exactly when you are trying to load the game?
Hi and thank you, I am using google chrome for the browser, but also play the game on Facebook Gameroom. When I load the game in the Gameroom I see the game start to load then when it should go to Disrupter Beam logo I see a black screen. When I try to load the game on Facebook itself, white screen with the message " Facebook refuses to connect "

Could you please check the version of Chrome you are using?
I would also recommend to try another browser and to remove Gameroom and install a new version.
I hope these are still being looked at. I was playin last night and all of a sudden my game wouldn't load. Kept saying unable to log in. Facebook would register but still not log in and I have come on this morning only to find that my game is completely wiped. I have logged in with my email and facebook and all goes to the new game. I have also come to the site and it says that my login was only created today and have only played from today. I have emails dating back to 2016 for my account under the same email address as this. I have not reset my account in any way as I had not gone anywhere near the account settings last night. What is happening? It has to be server side issue!
