  • The steam client won't load anymore for me. It will display the star trek timelines screen and a status "on screen" but never continues loading. On my phone it works fine but I'd rather have it open on my pc.

    Are you using a desktop shortcut or are you opening the game from your Steam library?
    If you are using a shortcut, please try from Steam directly and if that works, remove your shortcut and create a new one.

  • Can anyone tell me how long I have to wait to be able to post links or start a thread. It seems like its been months.

  • You folks have the wrong offer up today in the Time Portal, it is set for Chronitons instead of Shuttle Packs. Chronitons should be for phase 2.

  • Hi, I’m a brand new player (2 weeks) and just experienced a “lost” item for the first time last evening. Is this a common occurrence that I’ll have to learn to live with? I contacted support with the details but didn’t think to take any screenshots.

    This was CO Sisko’s 3* baseball holoprogram at lvl 93. I replicated the last piece I needed, hit build until I was back out to the main screen. The image on the right showed I had one in inventory, but the item button still had a blue arrow on it and Equip button was inactive. This morning it now shows that I have 0 in inventory, and of course 0 components to rebuild one.

    Check your inventory. Do you have 1000 unique items. Over 1000 unique items and you start losing the most recent ones.

    Update Support responded ~10 hours after I submitted the issue, giving me the same suggestion you gave here. But, they did also put the item back in my inventory, so I’m grateful for that!

    I am having the same problem. DB says it's aware of the issue but has done nothing to fix it. I've probably been in this fix for close to a year.
  • Are there any guides to starship combat, how to make the best of different ship options, good combos to use? Its the on aspect of the game i struggle with. I keep using a borg cube option in skirmishes as it dies the job, but would like to try others. Plus the cube hides most of the fight

    When I started the app on Android (like always), it is taking me through the beginning tutorial and says I'm level 1!

    I don't have in-game support access because it shows I'm level 1! Not sure what to do.

    I am sorry this happened to you.
    Have you contacted Support yet?

    If your account was registered with either an email address/password or with your FB profile it will be easy to log back in. I would recommend to remove the app and install it again though.

    If you are unsure about the registration of your account, our Support will locate it for you and your purchase history receipts will be very helpful.
  • Hi all! I have a question...

    When I play the game on my android phone (Xiaomi Note 5 Pro), it drains the battery extreme fast.
    About 30 minutes of gameplay drains 10-15% battery capacity from an 4000 mAh capacity battery, and the battery gets warm. This issue is consist about 1-2 weeks ago.

    Before this the battery drainage was about 5-6% in one hour of gameplay. Any other apps don't drain the battery as much as this game. The game's battery consumption are about 30-40% of the total battery capacity, and this is horrible.

    Does anyone else experienced the same problem? The devs changed something in the game graphical engine, or smothing else, which drains the battery so much? Is there any idea to solve this?

  • Hi. I'll send a ticket for this but wanted to mention here as well. I have just completed some shuttles for the event and went to start 4 more. I had 45+ shuttles for each faction. All of my shuttles for Augments have disappeared so I would have to buy more to send. Very strange and wondering what has happened

    That kind of thing can happen if your inventory is above 1000 unique items.

    Check your inventory list. It will tell you the number of different items. It maxes at 1000. That totally bites, but it is what it is. If you get more than 1000, then it will remove newest items after a few days. Probably you added some transmissions and that was one of the above 1000 items so it was what was removed.

    Use you replicator to get rid of items. There are a bunch of threads that tell how.

Game still listed as owned/installed but clicking icon reverts to' in download q.' Problem started over 24 hours ago and yes...have tried switching it off and on again...I am not very technical!!!

    We all help each other here. I suspect you have another game or something else in the download queue that is having the issue. I don't know where you would go to look for it, but see if you can find the download list and cancel whatever is before the game. Or cancel all and retry. Also, in my experience you should always try restarting game and phone before deleting the game. Also contact support. They get a bad rap sometimes, but if you are calm, specific, and polite I've never had an issue and they've always been happy to help (except for one extreem case I won't go into). Good luck.
