My daughter and I both completed the "Idle Heroes" offer on the offer wall for about 2300 dilithium (reach level 70 and obtain a monster). That took more than a week each, so some real effort went into this operation...
However, I did receive my reward, but my daugher did not. I'm on Google Play, and she's on the Amazon App Store.
I understand that ironSource is a different company, but their customer support was simply appaling. The only evidence they accept is a screenshot that shows the date and time when she started the offer. Seriously, who takes screenshots of these kinds of things...?? (And time travel is not an option yet.)
She uses the same email address for both game accounts, and installed and started the game right after accepting the offer on the wall. So it should be easy to verify that it was really her who took and completed this offer.
I suspect there was a glitch though, as the link on the offer wall took her to the app store's home, and not to the specific game. She had to search it in the app store manually. But if that's the root cause for the missing reward, then that's ironSource's technical issue, and therefore their responsibility.
It's been a week since I wrote them that, and there hasn't even been a reply.
Not sure if DisruptorBeam can do anything here. But if you can, the ticket number is 8626027.
I'm not sure if that's IronSource's ticket number or WRG's number. If you haven't created a ticket in Timelines, I would do that so you have a reference for them.
I don't engage the offer wall, so I don't know what can or can't be done, but I have seen in the past that getting that ticket started in the game helps the process.

If you are using a pc, I would not use bluestacks as it is not supported and likely will present the same issue as playing on an android device.
When playing on a pc you have the following options:
- use Facebook (avoid gameroom as it currently has issues and will be discontinue by Facebook in a few months)
- use Steam
- use our wind10 app if you have windows 10

When I left home this morning my chroniton cap was 224. When I got home it was 174. I cannot find any message about a change of the cap. Have I been lucky for the past months and the cap was too high or is the reduced cap wrong? I am level 79 & VIP 13 if that helps. Thanks
There have been glitches where people appear to be kicked out of their fleet. That looks like you may have lost your starbase bonus. Did you try restarting your app? Sometimes that fixes the fleet glitch. If you restarted your app and it didn't fix the problem, then I'm not sure what it might be. I would submit a customer service ticket if restarting doesn't fix the problem.

We've deployed a potential fix a few weeks ago but it looks like there are still lingering issues. We'll continue to work on it.
Lastly, there is nothing Support can do in this specific situation, and it can take 1 to 2 business days to get a reply to a ticket depending on ticket load.

I'm not familiar with playing the game on Facebook. If you haven't tried restarting the PC yet, you could try that. After you've tried it, you may want to state whether or not it worked.

Did not feel this was create another thread worthy but since the last 2 updates the steam version of timelines will not retain its maximized state before and after you click "Play" to enter the game.
If maximized whilst loading upon clicking Play it will revert back to normal state where it is dipped below the taskbar in the background.
This did happen initially at the 7.6 update but the next update fixed it (intentionally or not I do not know) but the game updated the other day and it came back and todays update did not do anything to sort it.
How come the "Friendly" faction shuttle rewards Gold trainers, and the "Allied" faction shuttle only awards Purple trainers? If Allied is a higher level, shouldn't it be the one rewarding the Gold trainers? What do I need to do to get the "Allied" to start rewarding Gold trainers? This makes no sense.

The status (friendly, allied, honored, etc.) has no bearing on the trainers. The game tracks success and failure in the background. I do not know how to find your level of success, aside from looking what kind of trainers the faction drops. I also don't know how much a failure sets you back, but I think I saw that a success moves you 1 increment toward better trainers and tougher missions while a failure moves you 1.5 increments toward worse trainers and easier missions.
Running the missions during a faction event improves your status with a faction, but does not move you toward the next level of trainers. If you need more trainers, you'll need to keep running those missions and succeeding.
Had a very strange thing happen to me this morning and I am wondering if anyone else has had the same experience.
I went from Capt, level 93 to 94 during the event and shut down the game shortly after. When I restarted I was shocked to find that I was back to level 93! And not just 93 and then some buck back to 93 and bare nothing in the progress bar, like I had just been promoted to 93 not 94. Took a long time and effort to reach 94, been chasing a fleetmate for the last few weeks but seems like all my progress is lost somehow.
I asked my fleet in chat and only one other had had it happen to them, anyone else?

Now... there is another option if you're interested in farming chronitons. When you are at that lower level of trainers, then it is a viable option to "tank the faction." If this interests you, then start failing and let me know.
