Yeah reading that message it seemed like this pack was so bad. Guess I was right. I’ve been waiting for Darmok Picard a long time. I expected a 5 star for him, but guess not. That means I’d get the card and immediately freeze him and never see him again.
I bought the pack hoping on Picard at El Adrel... But got nothing only Picard D, Koloth, Chef Sisko and Promoted Sisko. So just gained honour there. Would be happy with just one Picard at El Adrel, but now only disappointment.
What bothers me the most with this pack is it’s deception. Then secondly the message sent 30 minutes after the pack and offer’s release explaining what was in the pack. I asked for my dilithium to be returned
Well ..... I got a bit of honor and a couple rations for overpriced 650 dilithium ..... Now I'm going to question every time I buy/use dilithium for stuff like this. ....wish I could get my dilithium back and they can take their useless items back.
I recommend a CS ticket. You may or may not get refunded. But companies like this take problems more seriously when CS tickets pile up.
A couple recommendations to TP for future deals: please do not use familiar price points like 650 dilithium or $10 for rewards that are not common for that price point. Personally, I think $5.99 or 300 dilithium would be over priced, but at least at those price points, we would not expect 10 Rare or better crew.
I feel I must apologize. Since I mentioned my need for trainers they have put them in offers and now in packs and offers. I feel like I am responsible for them getting the idea that people will pay money for them. I’m so ashamed. Do with me what you will
Look, the free 5* first contact day card was a lovely gift, and letting us choose it from a behold was an awesome move. And when I thought these "Diplomatic Deluge" packs were 10x packs with the long-awaited Picard at El-Adril, (at first I even thought that was might be guaranteed if you bought 10), I was absolutely going to hand over my $10 in joyful celebration....
Seeing what the packs really are burned up that good will fast. Damn.
Someone seriously miscalculated on this one. "Happy First Contact Day, Everyone! Celebrate by overpaying by at least a factor of ten! Enjoy!"
So... I'm actually expecting that this is the first DeBacle / catasTroPhe of the new era. Picard wasn't in the vault when the pack was launched, which usually indicates that they forgot to add the character. If you restart, he'll show up now.

I have had all 3*s maxed for sometime.
I was close to maxing all 4* but then they started the Tuesday gamble pack nonsense.
Now this gamble pack nonsense with the 3*.
DB/TP, if your intention was to kill the game and alienate the player base, well done, you succeeded. Why would I bother to continue trying to collect these? The cards do nothing to further my gameplay.

So many good characters available. But, all I got from the 10-pull offer were multiple Fox, Cretak, and 2* Picard. It felt more like getting Merit-pull packs.
