TP might have considered that the bug was theirs and that it was not clear to the users that anything was happening when claiming the award. Later when I began to suspect that something more than planned had happened, I still wasn't sure because the feature is new and I didn't know what to expect. But I do now have a snotty little note blaming me for the mistake they made. Grow up TP. You made a mistake. You could have at least taken a more conciliatory and community approach to the resolution.

Everytime I pop in after reading the title I assume they are talking about disciplinary actions against their own employees for the blunder. Then I am reminded again how much of a blunder blaming players really is.
I’m a bit surprised by the silence after their decisions, which only seems to be making players angrier and turn to bombing app feedback or file for refunds. They can’t easily hide from this.
The total lack of response is just adding to the furor....I work in Sales/Marketing and this is absolutely NOT how a problem is handled. REVERSE THE BAN - COMPENSATE THE BANNED. (I am not one, but my fleet was affected)

I only claimed the one-time claimable pack one time.
After claiming the pack, I interacted with newly added functionality by pressing the new 'buy more' button that TP added, which was a change from the previous day's pack.
I would like @Shan or anybody else from TP to explain how my game play equates to being an exploit, a breach of their ToS, and an offense worthy of a 3-day ban. I honestly don't see it, since I only claimed the pack one time.
Aaaarrrrgh Shan. We just lost one of our awesome crew and one of your best people in terms of spending. I can't tell what it does to people to get branded as cheaters. I think you have this one really wrong and need to talk to your team.

I just looked it up, and sorted by most recent. I'm seeing a ton of 1* reviews in the last day. And their overall score has dropped from 4.5 to 4.3.
Process for money refund on Google is easy. Just go to purchase history and applie for last 2. So last premium campaign and monthly card. More of that is denied.

TP is NOT responsible for how a different company handled prior exploits.
TOS clearly says you agree to arbitration for any claims and agree to not be part of any class action, so good luck with that route.
Lastly, my issue is with the disingenuous nature of the complaints. I looked and i took the first screenshots of the error at 12:03. Took me 2 minutes to realize there was an error and I wasn’t the first to post the glitch but y’all want to claim you thought it was supposed to be that way?!
If one of you posted something like I knew it was a glitch I pressed it 20 times even though I knew that. I expected at worse you’d take away the extra. Please the ban was excessive can you reconsider...maybe I’d be more sympathetic.

Even the message they sent out later on in the day to give all 19 clicks didn’t specify if it contained any daily limit. Very weak communications.
