Don't forget the Microsoft app store, be sure to leave a 1-Star review there. And be sure to mention how Tilting Point blames the playerbase at-large for the programming mistakes of incompetent Tilting Point employees.
I think I received 45 total constellations and opened them all after the buy again button disappeared. I didn't have enough quantum to create a single 5 star and even if I did I had zero crew space so the entire process affected my account net 0. I expected everything to get taken away in the end, but banning people after removing the items, considering that it didn't give anyone an advantage is asinine.
I've been playing this game for a year now and have spent over a thousand dollars on it. I too kept hitting the "Buy Again" button and collected all 19 days worth on my TWO accounts all at once.
Fortunately I haven't been penalized so far on either accounts.
The TP is upset that we collected more than was intended because of TP's glitch and want to retaliate by punishing the very players that support this game.
Not very good business acumen if you ask me.
Well, have any of you experience this glitch in the game of equipment repeatedly being taken while your equipping and training your crew?
Since April of last year, every time there is item's on the crew manifest, say 12 items, I get to equip 1 to 2 crew as I watch the other 10 items disappear before my eyes.
I've reported this issue 4 different times and have sent in screen shots proving the glitch is happening.
Their response was to tell me that this issue isn't wide spread in the game and at the same time they failed to completely understand the problem and fix it. Costing me precious dilithium (most from in game purchases) spinning the Dabo wheel, winning 6 items for my crew and only get to equip 1 or 2 as the other items vanish from the crew manifest before I can use them, holding back my crews advancement towards max level and immortalizing them.
Also, delaying my completing away team missions since I have no crew to use that has the needed level to do the next mission.
So, it's seems to me the players are getting the shaft from all of these glitches.
How do we penalize TP for their lack of business acumen and commitment to player satisfaction?
QUITTING the game and WARN other potential players to avoid this game, because you will get more frustration than pleasure and NOT get your money's worth from this ripoff game.
I quit Angry Birds under similar reason's after I seen how they cheat the players too.
Namaste.
Are you sure that you just have not reached the 1,000 item limit and items are being automatically deleted because of it?
I'm at ~850, and stuff disappears.

This is a misunderstanding. Let us assume you have 12 crew who could use a Social Lesson and you have 1 Social Lesson. The manifest would show a marker of 12 as there are 12 possible uses for the 1 item. But as soon as you equip it on one of them the counter will go away entirely as you have nothing to equip to the other 11 crew left.
The same goes for recipies. If you use components and they then lack from other recipies the counter goes down a lot.
This is not a bug but working properly.
Okay. I took the post you quoted to say "I'll have twelve of an item, use less than twelve, and have the remainder disappear." Because that is what happens to me.
I will have {example} twelve COPIES of an ITEM. I will use four on ONE CREW and the OTHER EIGHT just DISAPPEAR....

This is an internal mistake made by your company, your employees. Punishing your players is wrong! Even if some did abuse the system in place, it was not underhanded. The button was big and clear!
Most of the banned players did not abuse the system, they simply hit the button a few more times than you intended. If you lost revenue, that's on you. But one thing is clearly simple, you lost FAR more revenue from your reaction!
I don't even know how you can begin to walk back from this reaction. I don't see a clear path for you.
I wasn't affected by the ban, but I do know one thing for certain, I WILL NEVER SPEND MONEY ON THIS GAME AGAIN!!
You don't deserve it.
The thing is, they didn't actually lose revenue. They only "lost" some ones and zeros in the aether. Players got 300 Constellations? Guess what? They are still limited by the monetized aspect of the new feature. They cannot use those extra Polestars in the Constellations until Quanta recharge. But, wait! There's more! Some of those people who got the extra Polestars likely would have bought Dilithium to refill Quanta to use the Polestars! Impact on the bottom line? Positive revenue! Banning players, which led to not only a lot of those players, but many others stopping spending or outright quitting the game. Impact on the bottom line? Negative revenue. Talk about unintended consequences, playing stupid games, and fooling around. Hit the hat trick, guys!

I think a lot of people are forgetting we're not dealing with some mega-corporation at the Timelines game level. The entire Wicked Realm development team could probably fit in a minivan.
Disruptor Beam went bankrupt, that's how we got Tilting Point. They're just trying to protect their revenue stream so we all have a game to play.
I've been playing this game for five years, and I'm deeply troubled people are going out of their way to damage the game's future. That's not right, to make those who were innocent in this suffer for the actions of others, and jeopardizing the viability of the game simply because some people can't get their way.
I'm afraid all of this overreaction has probably pushed Tilting Point to the point where they can't give in, and I understand that, and support that decision.
This has gone to the point where we're forced to take sides. Do we want an honestly run game, or do we want to burn it to the ground?
I choose to support the folks who've built our game. They didn't do anything Draconian here, they didn't kick anyone out, and, from past experience, I'm sure they'd have made good on purchases, and such. Nobody even gave them a chance before backing them into a corner, and they deserved better.
Be aware, I was pleased to see the offer today and availed myself of this offer. So, you made a mistake. So, correct the mistake. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES BELIEVE THAT WE FAITHFUL PLAYERS KNOWINGLY TOOK ADVANTAGE. You have faithfully admitted to your error, not ours.
It’s pretty clear that Shan was trying to smooth over DB’s and later TP’s rough edges. She, presumably unwittingly, helped enable DB and TP’s poor performances to their customer base. While this isn’t a knock on Shan, it won’t be satisfactory to get Shan out here to placate people.

They created the monster that has them back into the corner. People pay real money for this game. Ive spent close to $100 in the last 2 months alone on it... They can take away the bonus's received, but they hurt my fleet (people who are not me) and my investment by not being able to play for 3 days. In a game where the goal posts are constantly moving 3 days can never been replaced.
They did this to themselves and forgiving them for this the way you want to do that is like forgiving your S\O for cheating on you. You are just asking for them to do it again.
I thought, perhaps naively, that TP/WRG would've at least acknowledged the debacle they'd engendered by now. The more fool I.
Those far more eloquent than I have already gone into the issues at hand at length and there isn't much point in my reiterating them, so as a VIP 14 (several times over) player of some years, I'll say only this: I'm done. LL&P Everyone. powering down. Hailing frequencies closed.

I highly doubt Google is giving back $600 over 4 years of purchases in 24 hours based on a single forwarded email. Especially coming from an anonymous poster, I suspect this is a troll looking to stir the pot. This is a real issue that needs to be addressed. But listening to an anonymous account looking to cause trouble is not going to help anything.
As I said before, they absolutely despise talking to us and only do so when absolutely necessary. This should be no surprise
I don’t think that applies to Shan. I do think it applies to those higher up the food chain. They seem to hate everything about us except our wallets.
I already foresee my endgame here, because I typically don’t continue to do business with people who hold me in contempt. My favorite diversion before this game was pleasure reading. I got up to book 5 of the Honor Harrington novels before I got distracted. I think I’ll start from the beginning (for those of you not familiar, the series premiere is “On Basilisk Station.”) The Honorverse - a BIG universe that will keep sci fi fans occupied for years - is a great space opera filled with surprisingly relevant political intrigues, military action, and solid characters. You can buy every Honorverse novel used on Amazon for the price of a year’s worth of monthly cards and campaigns.
