    @Shan Trump:

Are you banning my friends because of your programming error?

I'd save $60 a month I'd otherwise waste on Premium Reward Tracks & monthly dilithium cards as I have for the past year... I'd no longer spend eight hours everyday playing three separate accounts, waiting to hit the 2X multiplier to watch your ads... And the other 49 players in my level 94 fleet feel the same way.

This was your mistake Shan. Say you're sorry.

Can we please stop with these not so subtle personal attacks towards the staff? They screwed up, but you're clearly calling Shan Trump as a personal insult. There's no need for that.

That would just rule! Of course, then we would need Lt. Commander Miguel Ferrer... 🤔

Rest in peace. He would’ve been awesome in the new series. As a different character obviously but what a great character actor.

And I would consider it a compliment. Perspective is a funny thing

Can we keep this about the company? I think politics isn't even supposed to be discussed. Unless we are talking about how the Klingon government is more corrupt than the Ferengi government, or something......

    🥌🦞

    But...
If we start talking about climate change on Praxis, things are gonna really blow up...
    😳

    Too soon?

Because if it is, I'll drive the bus to Hell. That was hilarious!!!!

    WE REALLY GOOFED/TESTED POORLY

At the moment that they initially removed the bugged packs and realized that some of the players had amassed insane amounts of polestars and ISM, someone up top should have thought through the economics of it. How will they use all of those polestars and ism without spending tons of dilithium? Oh wait, dont we have a dilithium lto going RIGHT NOW? The stars have aligned!!!! Lets send everyone 20k ism and 20 constellations and apologize!!!! Think of all the dilithium we will sell!!!!!

There must have been people who claimed a lot more than 20 constellations. The bugged pack was available for at least 5 minutes, probably more.
I have about the slowest reaction time and reflexes of anyone I've ever met, but I just did a little experiment with a timer on how many times in a minute I'm able to tap a specific point on a screen with decent precision. My result was 124. Even if we assume that people didn't enter the portal immediately, left to check on their inventory or had to tap slower for the game to keep up with it, those are still hundreds of possible pulls. And I'm sure some players did that, because the way this game works and the way bugs have been treated in the past, they knew that there was a very slim chance of keeping everything and they went for it.

Can you imagine the reaction in the playerbase if TP/WRG had decided to let it slide? They had to remove the items from the accounts, like they did for the dilithium bug, and that came with a risk of messing up things.

I agree with all of you, that they didn't have to ban people or be confrontative and unclear about it. It's also unfair that apparently some people got banned for just a few pulls while most didn't. But the bug was not just a minor thing that they could have ignored.

Yes. And obviously the company has the ability to find the handful of “cheaters” who hit the button 50 or more times and adjust their inventories accordingly. All that im saying is that They had an opportunity to turn a screw up into a big revenue stream but they elected instead to make all of their most loyalist fans question whether or not they should keep playing the game! They are beyond incompetent. And whether its this issue or one of the many others from the time since they took over or its the one they are destined to have next week, they s. U. c .k. At handling the day to day of their game. Thats why im not playing ir spending anymore. They depend on the players to teach the new llayers how this game works. They depend on new players to spend gobs of money to catch up to the seasoned players. Screw these leeches. Im done.

I dont need your explanation or justification for their actions.

They have already shown their true colors and i hope they suffer massive revenue losses for it.
  • The reality of this is that they are banking on players forgiving them and maybe suffering a short dip in revenue. Long term the player base needs to stick to their guns. Im not spending another dollar with these guys.

Wow. Nice job taking down the complaint posts on FB. What a joke.

If it was them taking them down, wouldn't they remove all the negative posts here too?

Well at least the ones on google play are visible.

They don't have control on Google Play to take stuff down. I guess the Facebook posts were on a group page?

  • The key is in three days. People don’t spend The $10 in the campaign tears on Wednesday then maybe they’ll realize they made a bigger mistake with this unnecessary draconian ban, also I think you for people who are buying a multi lithium packs would stop buying for even just one month that would also make a statement to the company that they needed to make some serious reforms and make up to the players of those seriously affected by their incompetence.

If you're trying to silence dissent, you don't let some speak and censor others.
