Event Name: Reflections
Event Type: Hybrid Event Faction/Expedition
Event Crew: Mirror Beverly Crusher 5* (New), Mirror Mayweather 4* (New), Mirror Uhura 4* (Existing)
Event Dates: Thursday 12/21 until Tuesday 12/26
Event Phase Change: Saturday 12/23


Mega Event recurrent featured crew: Mirror Jean-Luc Picard 5* (New)

Due to the extended duration, the thresholds for unlocking rewards have been increased, and additional threshold rewards have been added.

Event Factions: Federation
Bonus crew:
• high bonus: event crew
• small bonus: variants of Beverly Crusher, variants of Travis Mayweather, variants of Uhura, and all Mirror crew. Picard variants will NOT provide a bonus

    Thank you for the return of Expeditions as part of the Hybrid. I think bringing them back quarterly or so keeps them fresh. Loving it.

    As an aside, I hope the last event for the mega contains a new never before released by DB Mirror TOS character. (Chekov, Scotty, Sulu, Scotty, Moreau, Scotty, etc)

    Now that's a worthwhile event extension, along with pretty good event crew. THis is going to be fun. Thanks for not copping out with a plain Faction/Galaxy hybrid, DB!

    Sounds like a nice change of pace. Not thrilled about the crew, personally. Well I'd like the Mirror Bev, but I don't think I can compete for top 1000 in Faction/Expedition. We'll see.

    But if TLDR: You're running away team missions for VP. You need a deep bench because your crew develop lasting fatigue for each ticket. Event crew earn more VP for each run, and fatigue less.

    as long as we don't have more claymation style art work (like the newest mirror reed, data and vic), i'll be very happy about the new Crusher!

    I suppose it's possible to read the "while it will take a little longer to unlock rewards" as a hint that all thresholds would be higher, being more explicit about it on the initial announcement would have cushioned the sticker-shock.

    Will these additional thresholds continue to be available in future events (at event-duration-adjusted values)?

    Very bad move! Thresholds should have remained where they were, just new tiers added. FYI everybody, this means that the 3rd threshold crew is at 150k-200k no, not the old 130k. You don't get to treat thresholds and rank as a 4 day event with bonus time, this is a full fledged, drug out harder 5 day event.

    This is EXACTLY the OPPOSITE of what we've been asking for.

    Unfortunately, the whiners players who were not hurt in any way by DB giving the rest of us a chance get what they clearly REALLY wanted. Less chance for those of us who needed the extra time. {I will have a whole, huge HOUR to do Expeditions Tuesday morning.} People really need to start giving feedback with their credit cards.

    Hmm... might force me to actually purchase shuttle boosters with dilithium so I can be competitive in the faction half. Yeay expedition; and if we're going to do one of them I'm happy it's in a hybrid.

    Well, thank you DB for issuing another fake character in Mirror Beverly Crusher 5*. That means for the second week in a row I have zero interest in pulling an event pack and can save my dilithium :-)
