Forget characters, this is Star Trek! We haven't even hit all the different species yet!
Paklaids
J'Naii (those genderless ones from TNG season 5, not the Stargate people Colm Meaney lead)
The time traveling vampires from Devidia 2
Tosk
The hunters of Tosk
Brekkians (Pushers) and Ornarans (Junkies)
The proto-ferengi from STIII trying to smuggle McCoy to Genesis
Sikarians
Haakonians
D'vors
The Sheliak
The small gold guys getting drinks during the reception on the way to Babel
Tellarites
My 8-Point STT Strategy:
1. Voyage.
2. Have fun. If something isn't fun, don't do it.
3. Only pursue characters I care about.
4. Contribute to the fleet.
5. No more spending beyond monthly cards.
6. Have fun.
7. Voyage.
8. Have fun!

Pakled say, Make it Go!
I used to have fun with the Pakled ships in Birth of the Federation.

4* Internal Department Sloan
5* Undercover Sloan (from Inter Arma Enim Silent Leges)
5* Tortured Sloan
4* Civilian Sloan (that nice version of him from that episode when they were in his brain)
5* Captured Sloan (from the same episode)
Should change the title of this thread to "Seriously, DB will never run out of characters."
"...and Eternal Champion will post five new pics in separate posts every day."
Yeah well, I honestly could not believe there are actually numerous players out there worried about DB running out of Star Trek Characters (even considering DB's liberal use of non-cannon Characters too).
I think if they put out 4 new crew every week, they have enough to last 10+ years.

This should be the next fusable character. Fuse three one-star slave girls for a 3 star Orion slave girls ensemble.
Or three three-stars for a five-star ensemble.
