Since 2017, but that's exactly what I meant. Lucille Davenport in a collection was the only one in 2018, so I guess we can expect a new one in a Tuesday pack sometime around October 2019
All jokes aside, I hope I'm wrong, because I'm a huge Janeway fan. I was just being bitter about her absence from events this year.
I know everyone is excited about Cheesecake Doctor Seven, but we actually don't need to fuse Seven with the EMH in order for her to have a medical skill. In "Mortal Coil", Seven brought Neelix back from being brain-dead for 18 hours, a Federation record, using Borg nanoprobes. Pretty significant medical skill there. Perhaps this version could be called "Seven in Brown" or "Resurrecting Seven"? The fact at one point she holds a medical tricorder is also visually distinguishing:
And here's another shot from that episode when she's holding a hypospray (filled with modified nanoprobes, if I'm remembering correctly):

To be fair, that was an "official" uniform. The Great Bird actually meant it to be a symbol of the equality of the sexes in the future. It was unisex. Ther are actually a couple of quick scenes of MALE CREW wearing the skort uniform in "Encounter at Farpoint".........
Now the "catsuit" "uniforms" she wore most of the time were obviously pandering to male, teenage fans. People actually comment on how efficient and proper military Troi is in episodes where she is just in a regular uniform, doing well as a leader and acting commanding officer.
EDIT: I seem to have thought I was in the Assimilated Troi thread. {Where the armour on her legs looks like bare skin.}
Why was Vicki not expelled from Greendale after she literally stabbed Pierce in the face with a pencil?!?!?
