He could even have pretty balanced Med/Sci/Eng. Maybe between 600-800 for all three Skills. But all three have strongish Rolls for the Gauntlet........

I posted Cardassian Prisoner (aka "There. Are. Four. Lights.") Picard shortly after joining the forum. He is still a long-awaited card for me.
Wasn't there a Legendary "Four Lights" Picard in the Leak of Ten? I can't remember........

Either he was and there was no art or he wasn't in the leak. I think he was, but no art except a silhouette from an existing Picard.
