I have one - I have been rewatching DS9 and.. how about Sarina Douglas from DS9's 7th Season's Episode "Chrysalis"? (barring the other augments that are... "too far gone" - or I would put Admiral Patrick with a quote "That's a stupid question!!!" as 5*/10 pts Evasion crew any day). She's an easy 4* IMO, but also a possible 3*, as she is yet to unlock her full potential.
1st, she's brilliant, with SCI as an obvious trait
2nd, she took no time in cracking down Bashir's missing link in his research, so MED
3rd, she gelled in no time with Odo, Kira, Miles and Ezri, so DIP is an easy third pick.
Traits: Civilian, Augment, Prodigy, Resourceful, Romantic (she was ready to do anything for JUlian one way or the other)-

Thoughts?
I've wanted all of Bashir's Augment friends for a while now, so 100% yes to Sarina, and those skills make perfect sense.

Agree with Gary Seven, just a cool guy you know.
Admiral Cromwell, one for us oldies...!
Number one to compliment Pike.
And maybe a better Pike although he’s pretty good.
P.S. I hope we see the new (old) enterprise with the discovery complete with Pike, Una and Spock on ST Disco .
I'm not sure she needs the advocate trait, I would put in communicator instead.
But I do want me that Donna Murphy, she was so intriguing.
Admiral of the Haus of GaghGagh, Starbase level 94, we are not accepting members at this time.
Captain of the voyage vessels: Queen of Bashir, Landsknecht, and Sunspear, the first luxury starship cruiseliners.
Amenities include wifi, fully-functioning holodecks, a full-service bar, 3 party decks, a Trill spa, and a business centre.
Fun fact: The ships are propelled by bouncy castle technology.

So I thought about adding Communicator, instead of Advocate. I chose advocate because she actually advocated for the Ba'ku way of life, the reintegration of the Son'a back into Ba'ku and a peaceful way of life. She could come off as lightly abrasive, but the script called for that, so that is why I didn't put communicator.
Kal-if-fee Vorik (VOY). DIP/ENG/SEC
DIP because he was tricky and convinced the Doctor he was all good to go and got off the holodeck.
I find if you have to reach to make a trait work, then most likely, it shouldn't be there
Nothing wrong with a 2 skill Vorik who has ENG/SEC

Too many pages to check, but more Protomorphosis characters would be awesome... In particular Protomorphosis Barclay
Didn't DB make a Spider Barclay, aka Protomorphosis Barclay like ages upon ages upon ages ago? They just never released him.

Crewman Darnell [TOS - The Man Trap] - gotta honour the first 'redshirt' to die on screen [even if he was in SCI Blue]. Would need to be a 1* or 2* too for that reason.
XO Hoshi Sato [ENT - Twilight]
Major Hayes [ENT S3]
Assimilated phlox is canon, although he's more like infected or partially assimilated.
Indeed, I was referring to a fully-assimilated Phlox in a similar vein to the other fully-assimilated crew... A partially assimilated Phlox would do too ofc, though imo he'd need to be more visibly borged-up than he appeared in Regeneration
Probably could've phrased that one better... We see 'Bajoran' seska, a sort of half-and-half seska ('Kazon Seska' in-game), but we never see a/the fully-Cardassian/pre-transformation Seska on screen. Which is what i was alluding to with non-canon... Previously-unseen might've been a better choice of words and i've updated my post accordingly.
Poor Seska, having to put up with that awful half and half state. If only she knew that she just needed a pah-wraith to instantly revert her to full Cardassian.
