I'm just going to put one. We have Katra McCoy, so how about...
Katra Chapel
In the TOS episode "Return to Tomorrow", Spock transfers hides his consciousness in the mind of Nurse Chapel while his body in inhabited by an alien.
I see two values here: An opportunity for the ever-fabled Med/Sci/Eng combo, as well as a new character with the Nurse trait to allow for people to be actually able to clear One Future Ends.

I'm not sure where the ENG would come in, but if DB can find a place to fit it, I'd like that.
But all in all, I am totally onboard with this idea of Katra Chapel.
Gotta add that to my list of Chapels I want!

I'm as ready to sling insults toward the hedgehog as anyone, but I would genuinely like to have this version of Neelix:
Not any specific episode or event, but just a Neelix where he's not smiling like an imbecile or capering around in a bad attempt at a live-action cartoon character. Every once in a while (far too rarely) it's like the writers would remember what (I assume) was supposed to be the point of all that nonsense, that it's forced cheer because this guy has walked through the ashes of his homeworld and his family, and he's still carrying the weight of that crushing survivor's guilt every day. Ethan Phillips could really sell that hollow, resigned pain with just his eyes when they gave him a chance, and those were the moments when I could respect the character.
I mean, say what you like about him, he was main cast in a Star Trek series - I feel like he should be in my crew (at least in cryo), and I'd much rather put the effort into a version of him that reminds me of his best moments than the time he pretended to be a Ferengi.
I'd love to see some Excelsior Communications Officers..... Rand for one, but there's a certain other one with such a distinct voice... I wonder who he was
(Rights might be a challenge there but he's a hardcore trekkie enough to bite...)
Captain Edward Jellico, played by the underrated actor Ronny Cox. Takes charge of the Enterprise D and whips them into combat ready shape for the Cardassians despite ridiculous pushback from a way too comfortable crew. (4 duty shifts are too much work! Boo-hoo, stellar cartography won’t be able to map stars if we are busy preparing for war! Etc). I consider it borderline criminal that he has still not been added.
We get too many different versions of the same crew. We need new versions of some really underrepresented crew (i.e Scotty). I think Romulans and the Dominion/Cardassians are sorely underrepresented. Definitely need more, like Weyoun 6 or 8, Evek, Ghemor, Yelgrin, etc.
I agree with Jellicoe, definitely. Also need Styles, Terrell, and the captain of USS Grissom. More WoK characters need added. We need more versions of Saavik, but the REAL Saavik, not the Robin Curtis version.
For ships: definitely need Enterprise-A, -B, -C and -E. USS Excelsior and USS Reliant. Romulan BoP, Dominion battlecruiser, and some Delta Quadrant ships.

I would definitely love to see more Romulans! As well as the Dominion, we still need a Breen character. Scotty, Chapel, Bones, they all need more representation.

I'm not usually like this, but when I recently saw Drive for the first time in a while, I immediately thought "I want that in Timelines."
It's honestly a really cool suit.
Delta Flyer Kim could be a possibility too but he didn't end up actually racing the DF.

There's so much.... Species 8472 is close to the top of the list. Maybe the hurt one from early season four that hid on Voyager. Or the one Chacotay banged who was impersonating a human woman?
I also want several from Unimatrix Zero...
Seven/Annika
Axum
Borg Axum
General Korok
Borg Korok
Why isn't there a Cmdr Shelby?! Or a Borg Icheb? Also Cmdr Rand from the Excelsior.
How about the Equinox crew?
Captain Ransom
Cmdr Burke
There's lots of random celebs that have been on Trek who would make fun additions too. The Rock as the Tsunkatse Champion, Sarah Silverman as Rainn from 1994, Kurtwood Smith as Annorax or Thrax. Daniel Far Kim as Corporal Chsng, Stephen Hawking as holographic Stephen Hawking to name a few.
It's honestly a really cool suit.

Wishes Granted (Spoiler'd for length)Neelix took Security Lessons from Tuvok over the course of several episodes, in fact I think during the Year of Hell he took over security when Tuvok was disabled. A favorite Voyager quote of mine is Neelix to Torres:
"My security training is going really well. Tuvok told me the other day that I'm, er, not completely inept" I refer to that sometimes at work depending on how some new trainees are doing.
Some other Niners as well:

Oh I know, it's just the art was so bad. And well Neelix's head is a horror in and of itself.
Captain of the voyage vessels: Queen of Bashir, Landsknecht, and Sunspear, the first luxury starship cruiseliners.
Amenities include wifi, fully-functioning holodecks, a full-service bar, 3 party decks, a Trill spa, and a business centre.
Fun fact: The ships are propelled by bouncy castle technology.

(Rights might be a challenge there but he's a hardcore trekkie enough to bite...)

I also want several from Unimatrix Zero...

She wears it better than Harry though.
That she does, it looks so good on her!
