For the record, I don't care if he looks like some Russian general or has long blonde hair with a thin wooden stick for no apparent reason or whatever else he might look like.
Description: Recently transported unwillingly from a more unwillingly-intended (on her part) wedding meant to make peace with Elaan's hated enemies the Troyians, the Dohlman of Elas decides to capitalize on the recent anomaly to ally with other factions to make herself free of both the Troyians and the forced feigning of acceptance to her wedding that Elaan would have continued to be forced to accept while on Troyius in her timeline.
(Whether or not Elaan deems it suitable to pay Kirk and the Federation back is a murky topic beyond her making use of immediate allies in the wake of no immediate support from Elas.)

My suspicion is that it will hold true for a while. He said it's easier to build and maintain collections based on traits. We saw how it took a while for Carlos Data and Wyatt Earp to be added to their respective collections. I am not saying it will be any sort of iron clad rule. Just that I expect it to be a few months and a rare occurrence that they add episode-based collections.

after they add say Data in regular uniform from season 3-7. Still no card there. or possibly Dream Data from Picard.
