Hoboglobin does in some of the comics have a similar outfit to suliban Reed.
Actually when I was looking at google images for hobgoblin , there is an image showing bumps on his green face.
But I realize that hobgoblin rides a jet like bat. But I guess that does not matter because Reed is just riding his shadow for now.
There is a lot of different looks for hobgoblin not all look similar to Reed. Hobogoblin also has a hood.
Maybe doing the Silver Surfer. Suliban Reed becomes the Green Surfer.
I try to keep my honor near 400,000. I am not pleased with the cost of citations and beholds for honor.

I agree. This is the best so far. I am amused. However, the Tuvok Shakur is a pretty good second. Some of the other suggestions are very witty (Shooter McGavin, Fox Mulder), but I'd say we need another solid one to fill out the top 3. Reading Rambo has set the bar high.
