I have found the only way to get success out of ad rewards is to app pull after running every one. this is getting beyond ridiculous, it's clearly something to do with the cooldown not synching correctly because after an app pull it seems to be fine, but do we really have to sign in 50+ times a day to achieve this.
I have the exact same issue. Since almost 2 weeks, i have to close and restart the app after every use of a double rewards ad, otherwise the nxt doesn t work. Really annoying.
I am on Apple devices (ipad, iphone) and latest iOS.
Yep same, I'm on IOS, admittedly I haven't updated to the latest IOS, I never know if that is recommended or not some things change for the worse rather than the good. I think I am on 11.4.

I normally have to double up watching ads once a day because of the ad issues but today I have had to watch 15 ads and only got one double up out of three plus I lost my extra free ad. Ads have been brutal today and they need to fix this.
Is the game down or is it just on my end? I was playing the second to last mission of the new 10th level. The difficulty was epic and I had just acquired the 175 dilithium rare reward and was using a 2x reward ad to double it so that it would be 350 dilithium. The ad kept loading and playing, but none of the rewards would double. After the ad played, I could still click on the 2x reward and replay the ad. This has been on ongoing problem with the ads, but usually they eventually do double the rewards after 3 or 4 viewings of the same ad. However, this time was different. On about my 4th viewing of the same ad, the game just crashed. Now when I reboot it hangs at the "Turbolifting to the Bridge" text and won't go any further. I've tried rebooting, clearing cache, clearing app data, clearing Google Play's cache, uninstalling and reinstalling the game, all to no avail. My network connection is fine, but I can't load the game beyond this screen.
Okay, I seem to have received the rewards (the Windows 10 Star Trek Timelines game app launches - though, I'm still having issues launching it on Android). I guess I'll play on that platform for the time being and submit a claim if the Android version doesn't rectify itself in due time.

Every ad- double since yesterday is going to a black screen, instead of "finish" screen. It appears to be a GUI problem, as if I click in the upper right corner as usual, the rewards screen comes back properly. But it is disconcerting, as you can't tell if it is crashing or ?
Yet another ad that doesn't resolve or finish in any way. Game must be forced closed to exit resulting in lost rewards.

Just done a cadet mission and on completion I tried to double the rewards with an ad. 4 times I tried, an ad played for a full 30 seconds on the first 3 but no reward. On the final attempt, got an error message and couldn't launch a new ad.
Still getting a lot of ads in the wrong aspect, with the close button off the top of the screen (I presume). I have to report the ad to get it to clear.
Looks like you guys already corrected it, so thank you. But I WAS having an issue with the new Apple News ad auto-launching the news app on my iPad. Thank you for fixing it quickly and without apparent customer urging.

saying for NINE MONTHS you would block them, or the fact that DB gets offended when its customers repost the images you hoist on us. Oh and of course the misogyny you are associating Trek with, sure CBS loves that.

Latest Verizon ads where it's broken up into two 15 second ads; as soon as the video autoplays there's an error. If you get lucky enough to get a video that doesn't fail on playback, when you click next to get to the next part of the ad, you get a different video and then it dies again. I do not like this mini game. 0/10 starts.

This afternoon I went to adwarp for a second reward for the dabo wheel. It popped up and said something like "rewards exceeded" and disappeared. I have not been able to get my second dabo reward for the day. I have done other ad rewards. This has happened randomly before
But not on my new Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 with Android 10 since 5 September.
At sometimes, ad 2x button fails a lot of times and credit limit error is also common on all these devices.
