Today i often got ad's that where rotated wrong. displaying in portrait while the phona was in landscape. No option to click the close button as i only saw the bottom of the ad.
Huawei p9 lite, don't know which network, don't know how i can know that.
I'm from belgium, only 1 ad is available each month or so, so that one for 'AFK Arena'
Got a few goes today as well.
ANd seeing i'm only getting the 1 ad for an extended time, i'm probably .... for the coming time.
It might not be true, but it seems to go better when i click the close button end keep tapping the screen. It's as if there's a focussing issue, when the game hasn't focus, nothing happens.
I've never had issues with ads until the past week, but it's suddenly becoming an issue, usually when I'm running a 2x ad-warp (not any specific ad).
I run the mission, click the orange button, watch the ad, then click the "x". As it returns to the reward screen, the little spinning circle freezes. I need to shut-down the STT app and re-start.
I don't get 2x the rewards. Since this usually happens when I'm trying to double cadet challenge missions, I lose the ticket but only get the standard mission rewards.
I've never had issues with ads before now, nor have I ever had issues with the game freezing until now.

I believe this ad belongs to the New Electric Audi with Spiderman...Glitch.
Since this ad I've experienced other ads starting then hesitating then finnaly finishing. As the day went on they got better.

Update to ads buffering...after rebooting my phone ads running smoothly. Still it boggles my mind as it only buffered in this site, all others were fine. But hey it works now. 😂
I'm repeatedly getting a 15 second 1 of 2 ad by Revolt which plays a video at the top of the article.
The video name is: Festival life with Scottie Beam & melii at rolling stones. It took me 6 or so tries to get that much of the title. About 5 or so seconds in it crashes my device and I get at an Android loading screen as it reboots.
I'm still completely blocked by the Revolt ad. Edit: Finally able to watch videos again.
It would make sense to me to make a web tool that would allow folks who get stuck on a particular ad to flag their current ad as complete using a web browser (with no reward). It might be irritating to some of us to have to use it but it would give people willing to look for a solution with a way to help themselves. Such a webpage could also give DisruptorBeam's CS and programmers near perfect metrics, as I doubt many of us would have a reason to use it except when it's blocking us from gaining something inside your game by watching an 'ad'. I.e. Have the web tool record what ads get flagged for which users.
I do have one other diagnostic hint to offer -- some time ago I used something that blocked the IPs of a large number of ad services. I haven't found any way to remove it -- if it is indeed still in effect after a number of upgrades and resets.
I have gotten the Biltmore ad twice in a row now, and it never gives an exit option. I am just stuck in the ad. I had to reboot the ap to get out. Luckily I was performing an ad-warp and not an ad-double. I tried the ad-warp again and got the same ad and had to restart again.
It seems like any ad that has multiple videos embedded is causing my crash. Not sure it has to be multiple videos, but something about an ad trying to play a video is dependably causing a crash. I don't use youtube at all, is there a codec or requirement I need perhaps to get videos inside ads to play properly?
About 50% of my ads are displaying in the wrong orientation (portrait) and as such the X close button isn't possible to tap. I am having to report the ad as "it doesn't look right" in order to dismiss them.
I'm not sure if this is a new issue, I've only recently swapped from an iPhone to an Android phone.
The ad for Merge Dragons has been breaking my ad warp today. Sometimes it will just return a message that something went wrong. Other times the ad will play to completion, but when I tap the X to close it, it just takes me back to the mission screen without registering that I completed the ad - no mission complete message, no rewards, and the ad warp button remains active (but if I run it again I just get the Merge Dragons ad again, creating an endless loop).
Is anybody having problems with the x2 ads today
I keep getting this and losing tickets not happy as I really want to do well in this event but I have now lost about 4 double ups because of this.

Since yesterday I've been getting a broken ad. It's a giant white screen. It never advances, no way to cancel out. I have to force quit the game to recover. I don't know what the ad is because all I ever see is the white screen. This has occurred on both my Chromebook and my Pixel 2.
This keeps burning my ads and there is no way to know if I will get the same bad ad until I click an ad and roll the dice hoping for a different ad. It has already cost me dabo on Saturday and Sunday as well as the extra credits and rations from cadet missions.
I have found the only way to get success out of ad rewards is to app pull after running every one. this is getting beyond ridiculous, it's clearly something to do with the cooldown not synching correctly because after an app pull it seems to be fine, but do we really have to sign in 50+ times a day to achieve this.

I won't be purchasing anything until they clean this up. I understand the need for advertising, it helps offset costs and such - but I think the code should be designed that if an ad fails due to a server issue, the error gets logged on their end and we get credit for it anyway - it's not our fault that it happened, and we shouldn't be penalized. Just my 2 cents.
Not so much an issue but an annoyance. Ads that have sound even when my phone is on silent mode. There’s usually a reason why I have it on silent, ads suddenly blasting out music are not always convenient.

I was able to fix this temporarily myself. If you turn off ad personalization and regenerate a new identifier on android, you will start getting different ads. What is happening right now is one bad ad keeps bidding for you and it fails every time because it's still the highest bidder. Once you turn off personalization you will get other random ads and won't be stuck behind the bad ad.
You can make the changes inside the settings app on Android.

I have the exact same issue. Since almost 2 weeks, i have to close and restart the app after every use of a double rewards ad, otherwise the nxt doesn t work. Really annoying.
I am on Apple devices (ipad, iphone) and latest iOS.
