I am consistently running into problems with the Hello Fresh ad, on my iPhone 12.
The ad never works correctly the first time. There is not ad time display and it just appears to be a static image, leaving no choice but to click the little x.
Sometimes (when ad-warping a mission) the ad simply fails and I get to click the orange ad button a second time, which either launches a properly functioning version of the ad (the same ad with a 5-second timer) or an entirely different ad that works properly.
Other times (ad-warping an extra scan) the ad just fails without any opportunity to try again, which means I don't get to run the free mission, run the double-up, or run the extra scan.
I’m having issues with “Infinite Galaxy” or something. I fully watch the ad. No issues there. However no rewards when I go back to the game. Fortunately I can still press the ad button for the 2nd time, even though it’s darker. And then I watch a 2nd ad, after which I finally get the rewards.
As far as I know, only 1 ad is required so I think something is off with this game ad?
EDIT: fyi, this happens EVERY time I watch the infinite galaxy add. Never with other ads…

I have encountered this error message before, when I used a different device (from the previous day) to watch the Dabo ad before its particular 24-hour cooldown period had elapsed.
Thanks @~peregrine~ while this is good to know, it should not be up to players to track cooldown timers for ads. It remains the fact that WRG is making an offer and then failing to deliver, likely in violation of various laws and possibly app store policies.

I just noticed a brand new issue today: ads aren't going into cooldown. I'm doing my usual ad warps on cadet missions, and I notice that immediately after, there are still ads available for the Dabo wheel and scans, rather than all ads going into the 20-minute cooldown.
Confirmed, I'm seeing the same lack of global cooldown on Android.
This does not appear exploitable (cannot run the Dabo wheel) because all of the ad "types" still respect their own individual cooldown. However it would be good if the developer would confirm if this is intended as of today's server release.
I just don't want anyone to be accused of exploiting for double-tapping a Warp -> Double.
Let me just say this is a huge quality-of-life enhancement for me. I am cheap-to-play and take full advantage of ads. Being able to do multiples in one play session is rewarding to me, and still gives WRG the full amount of impressions they otherwise would have received from me.
Every time this ad plays it will not finish, my game restarts every single time.
Platform: Bluestacks 5.4.100.1026 emulator running Android Nougat 64bit

- when reporting an ad, please let us know the ad network that is presenting the ad, this can be viewed by clicking on the little symbol usually shown in one of the corners. And while you are there, you should also be able to report the ad to the network itself!
Punisher, your screenshots are great but somehow do not show the ad provider's name.
This ad did not respect my game/device sound settings and played unmuted at full volume. It also unmuted itself a fraction of a second after I manually muted it. 3 or 4 times. By then the ad was over.

Reports without that information do not allow us to do anything.
I will forward those along.
Not every report will result in an ad being blocked, that would not be feasible.
There is a low chance that an ad will get removed for not respecting the "mute" option for instance.
Likewise if we only receive one report of an ad crashing a device, it is not enough to justify taking that ad out of the rotation.
A third AdColony one not respecting mute. Blaring gaudy music at 6am into a completely silent house. This should be a high chance of getting banned from the rotation. This is not a minor issue.

The X on the top right will close it but you get the notice about skipping the reward. I think you’re supposed to press the X on the bottom right but the privacy notice is on top of it.
Hmm I think that bypassing and closing would achieve the same results, aka forfeit the reward.
Once this is shown as an ad you cannot skip it and get another ad instead if that is what you were hoping for.

This one is sketchy as the OG Offer Wall IOS stuff, surveys are not welcome here.
But you can just skip it in the top right and you claim the reward, literally no need to wait or engage on this one.
Happy Saturday! Just popping in to say that, after getting the "Ad view credit blocked by limit" twice in the last 2 or 3 days I've filed a complaint with the FTC and Apple.
I select the ad and it plays. At the end, a >> appears in the upper right corner. There is no “x.” I press the >> and it opens a modal window to download the app from ITunes. I press “done” and then get a 5 second countdown before I can an “x” to exit out.

That's a different flow, not necessarily abnormal I would say.

This ad has no exit option. I have blindly tapped in the corners to see if the “x” was just hidden, but no luck.

Ads can be reported to us via the forums/tickets with screenshots and information about the ad provider.

I wasn’t able to skip the survey even though there’s a skip button. Not filling out a survey.

This one as well. Seems you have an AdColony problem. Also, I don't speak Spanish, but that one was in Spanish.
