True but the number is slightly off as the 10 Androids double counts Lore (who is event) and Frank Hollander who is in both Hologram and Android. So it should be 4 event characters plus 8 androids and 22 holograms and Vedek Winn.
However... Crell Moset shows up as a hologram now and not in the Wiki nor in the recent 10/30 traits update so add one more hologram. Does anybody know when this was updated?

I understand the artificial scarcity for Friday is to keep us from waiting to buy event packs because we like next week's crew better. But I don't understand the Tuesday delay, it has to also be money related, but just so far down the illogic trail that I can't follow it.

I'm wondering if they've cut too close to the bone that they don't have people who can devote thought to both current and future events at the same time.
He did not the first time the event was run, I wouldn't expect he would now. Unless they explicitly state a "related" crew member is involved, it probably isn't (Like the did with Mirall/Torres, Lal/Data, Sela/Yar)

If you didn't expect this based on the first run and all the discussion about it, that's on you. Of course, you could have unvaulted all your holograms only to find that they changed it to only androids and variants as bonus crew - that's the decision you'll be faced with every week from now on. Get used to it.

No. On occasion, there are four event crew. One 4* will be threshold, one 4* will be ranked, one 5* will be ranked, and other 5* will be pack only

It should be obvious that they didn't mean Tuesday afternoon in your local time zone, but in theirs.

• high bonus: event crew
• small bonus: variants of event crew (if applicable) + all Androids + all Holograms
Androids:
As stated above, either the wiki is outdated or something has changed as Crell Moset is showing up as a hologram now.
Does Arik Song count as a Dr. Soong variant?
No, not the same Soong.
