The crits on a galaxy late in a mega always tend to go higher. How often do you have a 4/5 event crew in a galaxy event?
You’re not wrong. The only other time I can think of where I could routinely crack 85% on bonuses was Mirror Phlox’s Galaxy event (Zero Hour, the first event in Process of Assimilation).
I’m a little surprised that Smitten Picard is not included in this event as he quotes that specific poem to get Lwaxana back from the Ferengi. Just sayin’.
I'm out. Not even clearing thresholds this time. My inventory is still depleted and my chrons are still relatively low from going all out for Chancellor L'Rell a few weeks ago. (It hasn't helped that most of my last few Voyages, even running 8:00+, have brought back fewer than 300 chrons apiece.) I'll want a fourth star for the threshold 4* next week anyway, so I'll cross my fingers that I luck into Christopher Pike then.

Just one thing I’d like to note. I mention this in the trait audit thread as well but it bears repeating. Zimmerman should have another trait added that fits him absolutely perfectly, Casual. Never thought that trait would amount to much but it just fits so well with him. He should definitely have it.
Obviously now that I think about it, Off-Duty Stamets and Tilly should also both have Casual. Just not as casual as Zimmerman, lol.

Yep, I got ST:TOS Pike in that event. I just didn't feel like looking up when it was. After 7 pulls, I finally scored original Number One to put with him. Not interested in this other Pike, but can't wait to score Zimmerman.
Yeah Zimmerman is great! You were lucky to get orig number one with just 7 pulls.
Thays what I've been hearing! Another thread says that some people had to make insane numbers of pulls to get ST:TOS Number One.
I think that EMH should qualify as a bonus for Zimmerman.
That would be awesome, I'm sure a lot of us could sure use it, but there is already a ton of crew bonuses for the event, so it's prolly not going to happen.

There are literally 46 characters that are eligible for a x2 bonus, on top of the 4 event crew. There's no need for DB to take pity on anyone - this event is as accessible at they come.

DB always adds an existing crew to every event these days. Them adding an existing crew is not taking pity it is doing what they always do. Not sure you really need any event crew for galaxy events. Just use chrons and go fast to get the 3/4 event crew and then lvl that crew up quickly. Then add the fourth star from community rewards. Bam, a 4/4 event crew on the first day that you can do in the first eight hours of the event or less that you can use for the rest of the event. Then add in whatever good crew you have that match traits and skills for the rest. You might have to spend an extra 10-20% extra chrons than someone with more event crew but the difference between event crew and not is nothing compared to faction events.

right now looking like 500K closer to reality for top 1500. Also, that's a minimum of around 11K chrons if you have pre-farmed at least 1/4 of your inventory, and hit a lot of items with minimal effort.
I have just crossed the 9K chron mark to clear thresholds (350K=2000th-ish), but i haven't turned in SRs yet to see where I am at "officially".

Welp, congratulations game, I tricked myself into going for it this event...
...I had originally just planned to get the 130,000 tier and then bounce, but when I got there I was on such a rhythm I just charged on without thinking about it, and by the time I got to the 200,000 tier I remembered my original plan, but then looked over and saw I had 394 SRs in the bank, so yeah, I guess I'm going for it now, because I'm now up to 250,000 and have like 470 SRs in the bank.
So yeah, sorry to whoever finishes 1,501 in this event.
Just in case anyone wondered where other scores were falling. My only real goal is to finish in the top 5k to get my final copy of Captain Q. Not sure it’s worth the resources to get to 350k for a pack that could net me nothing. But that’s the gamble, isn’t it?

Shifting gears, I've never had an event crew fail more 90+% builds on a galaxy event than Mirror Stamos! He is made of fail!

I'm looking at that number and thinking I'm not that far from it (365k) ... But since I've used all my turn ins, I just don't see it working out in my favour.

Update on the top-down free-fall: 550K still seems to be a safe upper limit as we head into final hour of turn-ins. Temporal Trespassers cutoff was 532K.
