Ok, they’ve added some schematics to the rewards table, but as far as I can tell, there’s still no Intel. So apparently they just continued to use the same cut and paste job but added a few schematics in there. Is it just me or does this not feel like a proper Skirmish because of this small screwup?
Weirdly enough, I’m also Vulcan Housewife. Also, RNGesus hates me, like really, REALLY hates me.

Intel rewards may have been viewed by the player base unfavorably. I think I remember something to the effect of, "just give us chronitons and let us turn it into Intel." Since I think that's a good idea, I say we should just make sure the chronitons are there.

They replaced intel with chrons a few skirmish events back.

Ok, sounds fine to me, I just don’t recall it being changed in the last Skirmish I guess. The schematics were my main concern anyhow.

I have seen the promised land. This is my first time running a Skirmish with a maxed out Krayon with 3 crew members who can do 400% burst damage. The chrons just keep coming and the enemy ships keep melting. I love Skirmishes.

The Krayton is the only way to go. Been my ship of choice since I started playing this game

I've been very lucky in getting a lot of schematics for it from the Dabo and from voyages. I've also been very lucky to get a bunch of 400% burst crew in a short amount of time (Rura Penthe Commandent, Killy, Leland). I swear this is the perfect Skirmish ship. Fast activation for blitz and 20% hull recovery to heal off any residual damage.
By the way, Automation of BBB fame posted a guide on Reddit about the most effective use of your chrons during a Skirmish. I've found it very helpful:
Vulcan Executioner, Leland from the campaign have 400%, There's a bunch of others with 200% burst (Mirror Phlox, ,Section 31 Georgiou, Torchbearer Vok, Baku Worf)
I mentioned it in the Ready Room but will copy here: I got my butt kicked up one side and down the other in the Krayton, having had to repair instead of taking bonus rewards for the first time since I think the very first Skirmish event. The cooldown/initialize reduction doesn’t help when your instant-damage crew miss their mark...I might tinker with the Krayton a little more to see if I can improve but will fall back on the Cube if needed.
T'Ong is my ship of choice; and the aforementioned power hitter crew. I usually find if my Skirmish battles last longer than 10 seconds, I'm not paying attention. I don't think I took a scratch of hull damage last go around.
I have not logged into the game since early this morning, are the battles the usual fare?
I use the iss enterprise. I like the Borg Cube too. It is all about just picking a good ship for you and using that. You can add in a crewman who repairs hull health in one of your slots, someone like bell riots (darth) bashir. Those using the ferengi dkora krayton are using it to speed up battles but I like taking my time.

Seem easier to me. The Reliant usually gives me a small bit of trouble, but not this time. If my hull is getting scratched at all it hasn't been enough to bring up the repair option during rewards.

Okay, so I’ve run a few rounds on the Krayton with the following and it seems to be working alright:
2/5* Killy
1/5* RP Commandant
4/5* Thrax
2/5* Captain Scott
Scotty’s passive bonus papers over the inherent accuracy power deficiency compared to the Cube. He also has a short initialize, which I forget about because of how I sequence him in the Arena. Although Valeris has a better overall boost at +9 and works very well on the Cube, Scotty seems more suitable here. I also tried a round or two with Cube favorite Lt. Chekov instead of the Commandant but paradoxically seemed to get fewer crits than I get on the Cube despite the Krayton’s vastly higher base crit rating.
The only lingering problem is still survivability when the initial burst of attacks fails. Holding off on activating Thrax until Killy and the Commandant are done, so he can pair with Scotty’s long duration to provide steady damage, is helpful. However, the Krayton has 40,000 fewer shield points and 60,000 fewer hull points than the Cube. If crew loadouts could be saved for event ships and if you could switch ships in the middle of a round, I would probably use the Cube when facing tough opponents like the Reliant and go back to the Krayton for the rest.

Thank you, those who helped with suggestions. I decided after some experiments that an evasion crew served better for me than another instant damage crew. I'm using Commandant, Mountaineer Spock, and Conditioned La Forge. I chose Armed Philippa Gerorgiou to cover defense.

I feel like I got spoiled by the nice stats on Captive Bashir.

Possible there was one and I claimed it without reading.
The ship schematics in the threshold will get us a level 1 completed Keldon.
Yeah I saw they’ve included enough in the fixed threshold rewards to build a level 1.
But still they normally send out inbox messages for each event?
If you're listening DB, 100 chrons couldn't hurt.

Don’t forget about T’Mir as well. She’s the reason I don’t place higher in the Captain division.
I use two Killy’s, Yarnek, and whoever is bonus crew. I haven’t even had my hull scratched yet
Thrax made it to the Wormhole!
The Event is over.
Dont worry, I've got him!
