Fantastic art, fairly unique skill set for Datas, good voyage numbers (in a common, oversaturated skill set, but still), decent Arena ability. All in all, I like it.
Not thrilled with Humbug Data's stats, but I love that they're introducing a new legendary crew through the campaign. I hope that's a precedent for the future.
I wonder why? 1200+ base, 42nd best voyages crew, main crew. Whats wrong with the status? He is by far the best Data in game.

DB gives out enough good stuff also for the non paying players. If people want specific extras/characters gladly many pay and so keep the game alive. Cause no decent revenue = no STT.

I do not envy the writer who has to assign skills to Data cards, because a very strong argument could be made that every Data should have all 6 skills. He is third in command of the Federation flagship, he is probably the most diplomatic character ever as he can communicate with practically every entity including computers, he is incredibly accurate with a phaser and supremely skilled at hand-to-hand combat given his increased speed and strength, he is the science officer, he knows more about engineering than the chief engineer, and he is basically a walking, talking medical tricorder.

I didn't want to go that far but we're getting another DIP crew for April's fools because of course that's the only valid theme one could think of. And for summer vacations? DIP, of course! There is no end to this.

The CMD/DIP combo is nice, but he won't stand out for any other combination. A stronger DIP would be useful for any Voyage with DIP.
And while I was a little disappointed to see he was a a DIP/CMD, I looked at the art again and realized I couldn't stay unhappy with him.
