For some reason, I thought that was answered as "no," but it would be nice if someone remembered where that answer might be. (If it was already clarified.)
Thrax has the Changeling trait, he has to be a variant of Odo.
That would also mean variants of the Founder, Changeling Bashir, Changeling Martok, and Laas would also be, which has not been the case in previous events. They are taken to be different characters. I would expect Thrax to also not be bonus crew.

Thrax is a changeling because DB decided to make him one. It is not and was never implied that he was Odo from a game perspective.
The most relevant bit of dialogue, from the "In Word and Deed" event:
Captain: "Why did you choose Thrax's form?"
Thrax: "The former security chief of Terek Nor, or Deep Space Nine, as you call it now. A Cardassian responsible for law and order at the very entrance to our realm. I could think of no better way to gain your attention."
I agree that the plot of "Things Past" leaves a bit of grey area, but, again, from the text we've been given in-game, nothing connecting him directly Odo has ever been explicitly stated.

We've discussed Thrax before. I'll reiterate my position, based upon in-game text establishing that he is neither Thrax nor Odo as Thrax. He should be renamed Changeling Thrax and added to the Timelines' Originals collection.

But why is he so angry looking? I don’t remember that face much on him. I remember him as mostly helpful to Archer and polite to the Vulcans.
