Wow. Twenty five active Mirror crew, without even poking around my fridge. Maybe I can get a good run in a Fraction Event. I've been doing much better in them lately.

So, as cool as I think Niners Ezri will be, I don't think it will be a Galactic Series 2.
If they did, that would mean it was a Rerun event (not a Flashback). That means they'd give us Martian Quark in the thresholds, etc.
I just don't see DB having done any more Reruns. I realize TP is running things now and might change course, but this is so recent from the purchase that this event (and the coming Mega) probably were in the hopper before the sale.
So, I'm expecting a completely new event. Hopefully a Skirmish; we haven't had one this month.
I'm not going to comment on the quality gulf between the artwork for Riva, and the artwork for Keyla. As Sanoa pointed out in a thread a while back, art is subjective. I'm sure someone finds Keyla's artwork good.........

Riva looks like he was created by an artist. Keyla {to me} looks like she was drawn by the artist's three year old. Art is subjective. Like I said, just how different they look to me.
In artwork terms, to me Riva looks as good as the new Klingon Jadzia art. Keyla, closer to the old Klingon Jadzia art.

Mirror Detmer's art is a pretty accurate depiction, but it gives me a visceral reaction similar to Klingon Janeway, Mutated Paris, or the Proto crew.
(Prime) Detmer's art looks good to me, though perhaps there's also a bit of airbrushing going on there (if such a term can be applied to an artistic rendering in the first place).

But, I think overall, she is an attractive lady. Of course, I have also heard people say negative things about Tilly's looks, because she is full-figured.

My reject list looks a lot like yours, full of crew too weak in any combo to be worth waking up. As for the rest, I thawed the very best (Mirror Bev, Mirror Kirk, Mirror Jadzia) and am waiting on some of the others like Keiko to see what the skill breakdown is like...I only have five more slots and don’t really want to freeze crew I use regularly to make room for bonus crew in an event I’m not going all-out in to compete for rank.
I’ve always thought mirror Vic was decent with a bonus.
He is good but Section 31 Georgiou (of which I have two copies) and Mirror Burnham kind of overshadow him for DIP and SEC seats IMO, and there are plenty of alternatives for single SEC seats

I think she seems rather flat/two-dimensional, especially compared to the other Mirror crew. The dark uniform and near-straight-on perspective don't help in that regard, nor does the lack of any real key lighting.
