It's not common practice, so I assume it's a mistake in the list and hopefully not in the release. I believe something similar happened with Quinn a few updates ago.

The art, could be overlooked (maybe they represent Anxious Kirk and FTP Spcok, if you are feeling generous...) but RSK Spock is on the possible crew list
Captain Tribble, the newest Honor Hall crew, is also on the list. I do not recall if this has been done in the past, but Honor Hall exclusives are usually just that...exclusive to the Honor Hall, full stop.

Consider this feedback that the decision making process that led to included RKS in this is pisspoor, ranking not too far behind the process that led to Mirror Picardgate.

I competed very heavily in the event to aquire Spock, and bought a LOT of the Kirk 6-packs to make the fusion with costly dilithium.
I do not regret the dilithium spent and the effort put into the event, as I knew this is what a new and very desirable fusion crew would require.
Now the finished product is offered within this ET pack?? I understand that this still costs dilithium, but no effort is now needed.
Does this mean that Reunion Kirk and Spock will enter the portal in the next update as a single card? Or will it again be fusion only.
I find this a bit insulting to the people who put in time, effort and money to earn this special card.

I feel cheated, as other have said, I worked hard to get FTP Spock, and spent a lot of dillithium to get Anxious Kirk. Furthermore, I spent money in the "double your crew" offer, so I could have 2 spocks, one for keeps, the other to merge to make RSK. I seriously feel cheated out of my money, I wouldn't have done it I knew the card would be available so soon (and potentially in the portal already merged in the near future)

Are you willing to give us the separate cards that we sacrificed to fuse in order to get this card? Or the citations we used in good faith? Or the money back for the DYC? Or the dilithium spent to find Kirk?
This is an absolute change of the goalposts after the rules have been drawn up and the game started.
Dressing a mistake up as 'trying something new' doesn't wash either. Shall I just stop playing Gauntlet now because Balok will show up in the portal one day? You and I both know it won't so let's not act stupid.
My thinking is the chances are quite rare. I obtained a Spock, but that ONE TIME Anxious Kirk came up in a miserable six pack I said to myself, “Na. Surely they’ll make him available another way soon. Spock was an event reward and also obtainable for sometime in packs.” NOPE!!! So here I’ve been, sitting on this poor lonely Spock. Today I tried my luck at the Elusive Treasures, hoping at least for an Anxious Kirk. What did I get? Another Spock.

I am so seriously confused. I thought Kira was in the packs. She’s the main reason I bought them, her and Anxious Kirk or a possible Spork. Kira was not one of the guarantees in the pool? I understood I could retrieve her but an increased chance of getting her pushed me over the decision making line here. The first packs I bought it turns out there was a typo in the text and those had no guaranteed crew. (Something they have since addressed and offered a refund for.) Now the art is wrong? I’ve pulled everything and fused or whatever, so it’s too late for me to petition for any kind of a refund if this is the case. It would be too confusing/too much trouble. I should have just stuck with the regular portal pulls!

Fair enough. But part of why I was willing to spend both Dilithium and actual money (and citations) is the exclusivity of the card. If they just end up in regular packs later anyway why bother?
This is outrageous. First they overly monetize the acquisition of reunion spock and kirk with the requirement to purchase six packs for 650 dilithium. A bunch of people were upset about that on these forums but then the fan people kept saying "oh but its exclusive and its a tier 1 so its worth it"
so i competed my butt off and got spock and dumped 3k dilithium before i got kirk. I used honor to get the cites to fuse and during the honor sale i finished him out since i "knew" there would never be a better way to immortalize.
Then fast forward a few short months and wrg decides to "try something new" and introduce a fuse card as a card that can show up in elusive treasures. What a disgrace.
These guys are only after money. they are trying to milk the player base dry. look at the offers that they have available right now! 99$!!!!! what the actual heck?? not to mention that the offers were extremely predatory in the wording when initially released, also when initially revised, and even now are slightly confusing to people who dont understand pack mechanics.
This crew of flunkies has gone too far and they are stirring the pot with the limited player base that survived the offer wall, adira gate, ban gate, and now divorced spock and kirk gate.
I am tired of this. These guys have not gotten my money for quite some time now, but at this point I am actively encouraging everyone i know that plays the game to run away far and fast.

Well for starters, they should have made good on their poorly-worded packs for the people who purchased them. That’s called a bait and switch, intentional or not. Apple does not take kindly to such. Sometimes I have the impression that the right hand does not know what the left hand is doing. With all the joy about the Celestial market and favor, immediately appears another misstep or wrong decision. I have - like others - worked hard for the fusion and spent quite a bit of dilithium. In fact, if you are trying to get specifically get Reunion Kirk and Spock it will cost you much more in elusive treasures than it did to get the individual cards before.
