Do we know for sure yet that Lt. Chekov is the version from The Motion Picture? Does he demonstrate any particular skills in that movie? I can't recall him doing much.
A burned hand and one funny line is all I remember. Does welcoming Spock to the ship give him DIP?
Just went on Memory Alpha, and it looks like he was security chief/tactical -- so maybe similar stats to a Worf?
My bet: SEC COM two skill card. Easy freezer if one pursues the last star.
Can't wait for the event. May the event packs be generous in their dropping of Number One far more than the Tuesday pack. I hope Mirror Stamets has good stats: sci, eng, and sec.
This has probably been asked in previous events but the search function gave zero results, so... Does the recurrent crew count as event crew (high bonus) or not (medium bonus for being Discovery crew)?
I used to think they always count as event crew, but it doesn't look like it in the description.
Good question.... I also wish to know the answer as it is unclear in the event description.

He gets his wrist zapped by V'ger. Thats all I can think of.
O'Brien and Chekov look awrsome. That actually looks like the ST:TOS Enterprise in that image. (Hard to tell with the pylons and secondary hull obscured) Either way, it looks good too.
Not sure what's up with that Enterprise art, but it looks odd/cartoonish.
Makes me think, when are we going to get TAS Enterprise?
Pretty Boy Chekov looks good.
I was pondering the same.
What traits would that ship have? Cartoon?
"Two dimensional"
It could make for a wild visual, like a cell-shaded Enterprise.
I hope we can get some more TAS characters, even some TAS versions of Kirk and the rest.
I think a TAS mega event would be so great!
Not overly excited about a ST:TAS event, but there are definitely a few chatacters I wouldn't mind seeing. Keniclius 5 and Bem being two of the most interesting if you ask me, followed by young Spock, and M'Ress. Great series with some excellent story telling.
Maybe once one or both of the new animated shows are out they can do something that includes everything animated (assuming the shows get made and that Timelines is still around at that time).

I’m hoping that whatever they are translate into good ship skills. It’s a bit unseemly to gripe after all the goodness DB dropped on us today, but Bridge Officer Number One is bizarrely useless on the ship front to be featured Skirmish crew.
Disco Enterprise. Bleh. A monstrosity of unnecesary changes and additions. I’m surprised they didn’t put flame decals and a spoiler on there as well.
I agree. This is an awful ship.
A very unlikeable ship design, to be sure. But, because of all the quick jump shots, you don't really get to linger on it too much, which is a positive.

Chekov looks great, but can't say the same for the Discoprise. I hope she looks more polished in game.

Yeah, also asking...

Definitely the Disco Enterprise, jury's out as to how well they did on the model.
At least his badge won't be full of latinum and casings.
At the risk of people going off for or against Discovery (please don't, people) I want to share how much I like the name Discoprise. That is awesome.

I disagree, she's gorgeous.
Real question is, why is the literal next scene discussing how all of her systems are offline, when they so clearly aren't?
I also don't understand the negativity. I think it looked fantastic in Discovery.
Perhaps nostalgia is playing a part in the divided opinions.
If that's not the answer to almost all the arguments, I don't know what is.
Yeah, I don't really understand the negativity towards the Discoprise (other than the nostalgia factor someone else mentioned).
I got legit chills when I first saw that scene.
Anyone else noticed we don't have any 3* DIS crew? Think we might finally get at least one this Mega?
That is something I am hoping for. I also want a 5* Captain Pike (Anson Mount) before it ends but there is only one more chance of that happening.
One three-star this guy, please:
