Also Janeway’s former fiancé Mark Johnson might be a nice addition. If the novel Mosaic is still considered canon, we know he’s a botanist and a philosopher which could generate some interesting crew trait combos.
I’ve been thinking about how lousy all of Jake Sisko’s crew are in this game. I don’t think there is a single Jake that doesn’t get the airlock unless the player is looking to immortalize all crew, and at that he goes straight into the freezer.
There’s one opportunity left to make ONE good Jake - Pah Wraith Jake Sisko!
I’m talking pull out all the stops. Give him a ridiculous security primary and some decent Gauntlet flex.

I don't know why a Voyage Collection should be held up until they fix the bug. Long voyages are at risk, but the crew are attainable. In any case, I think V'Ger's Ship could make a nifty collection reward. Give it higher base anti-matter than other ships. Nothing astronomical; just enough to make it special. Say, 2550 or 2600. Explorer, Historic, Pioneer, Ruthless, Scout?
My gut feeling is that they simply don’t want to deal with the nightmare that would be Ticket Support and player reaction to said support until the issue is fixed.
I have at least one of each of the Voyage Crew, so I simply stopped caring about running long voyages...
But putting a collection with all the attendant perks out there would probably cause a stampede of people trying to push the envelope on voyage length.
The pitchforks and torches and sturm und drang that would result is probably not something WRG or the company that handles ticket support want to even get near.
Just a hunch, but one based on a fair amount of familiarity with how the players and the devs both react in times of stress. 😜
