Honda Dream Garage ad now causing problems. It's been the main ad playing for a couple of weeks now, I think, and up until today it played fine.
Here's the initial screen, where you have to click the play button inside the embedded ad — so far, so good...
But then the ad finishes, and it doesn't resolve to the final screen that I've seen before (a black or dark grey screen with words something along the lines of "Congratulations! You have earned your reward!" Instead, it's stuck here...
And when I try to "X" close the window, I get this...
I've tried waiting for the 2nd window to resolve itself, I've tried restarting the game, but nada. And it's the only ad I'm able to get right now, alas.

I'm having this exact same issue, it just started happening today. I have an Iphone 8 it's fully updated. This commercial was working just fine a couple of days ago.
Ran into problems with Honda of Southern California ads today. Previously they've worked fine. They have a still image with an inset video which needs to be activated. After the video plays (they cycle several different videos in English and Spanish), it used to move to another screen which could be closed for the warp reward. As of today, the video content blanks out after it is played in full, leaving the surrounding ad still image. There's an onscreen button to close the ad, but it brings up the warning that doing so will forfeit the warp reward. Hitting the back button (Android) will get you back to the game and allows the warp to be retried. At this point, you just have to hope to chocolate cronuts that another Honda ad doesn't emerge. I have no screenshots of or other information about these ads as I was not aware of this new requirement whilst navigating this deep fried twinkie.

The problem is still alive and kicking ... and the problem is, the ad comes AGAIN and AGAIN ... no matter how often I click it away trying to get a different one ... it's always this Aladdin Lamp ad popping up and I have to give the adwarp up and try a different time. For the love of the Founders ... please either fix it or kick it out or at least make an algorithm that prevents the same ad from popping up more than once in a certain time frame.

Having problems with the Pepsi ad, there is no way to close it after it plays. Only option is to close the game. When I restart it brings the same ad back on the next ad warp try. Has happened three times in a row at this point.

I just ran into this one as well. It's also really long, more like 45-60 seconds rather than 30. Tapping on the ad makes it replay rather than go away. Third attempt to warp gave me something else that did play correctly.

Same. It locks everything up, and then I have to restart the app and hope for a new commercial next time. EDIT: it is now the only ad that shows up. Sigh.
I'm having problems with this long Pepsi ad that won't end. Even if I try to back out it will only allow me to play it over and over and over and over and over....
Finally had to force close STT and lost ad warp credit.
Had the same issue with the Pepsi one. Before that, I had some kind of an ad open up but just had a black screen with a bright circle in the middle. Did not launch any ad, did not give a reward. The last time I got an actual adwarp reward was Saturday. So far I estimate 100+ chrons lost so far. It's at the point now that I doubt I'll even bother clicking on ads.
The Pepsi ad has locked me out of ad warp since 7:30am PST, I tried force quitting the game (Android tablet) more than a dozen times to get rid of the ad with no success. Log in 4 hours later and the same Pepsi ad keeps loading whenever I try to ad warp. To be clear, my frustration is with Pepsi and not DB on this issue.

Version 4.0.1 ; I don't have any Ad Blocker on the phone. I get adds in other game. In this game just Periodically, like maybe 4 days in the month.
