She is essentially on par with Ambassador Troi, who is only usable when she is 65% crit in gauntlet.
Yeah Minuets skills are awesome for the collector, two skills, poor Dip, I can safely invest my saved honour in someone more worthy/likely to re-feature.
Even accepting that Mirror Jean-Luc Picard, Ru'afo and Borg Queen are over-powered, Minuet's stats are beyond dismal for a mega-event. At least T'Kuvma had useful traits.

And I've already got Sheriff Worf immortalized, and he's the only crew this week useful for a collection, so there's that too.
I don’t feel bad that I am nowhere near 50k honor...in fact, I might put my next legendary citation towards another star on Klingon Janeway instead of a fifth on Minuet. Given my glut of solid DIP/COM crew (Arachnia Janeway, 1/5* Prof. Sato, Grand Nagus Rom, Ambassador Shras, and 2/5* Admiral Kirk) I bet I will get more use out of a 3/5* Klingon Janeway anyway.
Minuet is pretty weak. She'll end up just like Convergence Quark, Ambassador Troi or Rogue Winn. She'll dominate the occasional gauntlet but will just sit there most of the time.
She should have some MED for the same reasons Vic does. Holograms are often used for therapy and she was no exception.
Piling on.... Minuet has some absolutely shocking stats.... for a recurring mega character? Thats soooo disappointing...
She is absolutely unusable... Weak base stats mean she cant get used in factions (c.f. professor sato...), 2 stats means shes unusable in voyages (she only just edges out the top 4*s) and her proficiency isnt even that good so shes no good in the gauntlet...
Between Minuet, Nog and Gloria, this feels like a kitchen sink mega.... just throw in a bunch of weak characters and assume everyone will play anyway...
It's only week one, I highly doubt the entire mega would have no strong crew at all. I'm thrilled to have sheriff worf as ranked crew, as I only recently got him 1/4. The artwork is great. This will be my first mega event without a super powerhouse recurring crew (picard, cornwell, bashir, ruafo) but considering how often we have megas I'm surprised this is the first time for me.

Yes, Minuet stats are just not worth the 50k honor. I normally cite the mega legendary immediately, but this time the honor will go to either Prof Sato, Killy or Leonardo.
I will still FE her and use during the mega. But may airlock after its over. Depends on whether she proves useful in gauntlet/voyages. Though I think my 1/5 Mirror Bashir will go before her

Think of it this way, Minuet should technically only be DIP, so we are getting kind of a bonus with a second skill.
