Yeh monitoring is hard my end as I only have the VU meters on Voicemeter to see how everyone is peaking. My microphone is monitored directly so I don't get the best impression of what level I am. If I monitor directly through OBS there is too much delay and becomes unpleasant to listen to. I played around with the levels recently for a zoom call and I think I upset something but luckily chat is always there to be our sound guys

Forget Quantum and ISM and whatever other currencies we have to juggle, many players won't even be able to interact with the system if they don't have room to 'retrieve' these crew.
