@Shan, your statement that this is a violation of the Terms of Service is completely incorrect. There is link to the ToS at the bottom of this screen. Nowhere does it say I cannot re-push a button that is broken. It only forbids using SOFTWARE OR DEVICE exploits. The ToS provides no basis for taking disciplinary action against someone who re-pushes a button. Also, in my case, this disciplinary action also included taking away over 2K of ISM that I had built up before pushing that button. This is exactly the kind of thing that will cause you to lose my business.

There's also conditions in the ToS for Arbitration. Mention that in your CS tickets - they have no actual framework for Arbitration.
    GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES
These Terms will be governed by, construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without giving effect to any conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute relating in any way to these Terms, your use of Tilting Point Services, or to any transaction with Tilting Point will be submitted to confidential and binding arbitration in New York, New York. However, if you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate any of our intellectual property or other proprietary rights in Materials and Content, we may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any state or federal court in the State of New York. You consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in these courts. Any arbitration under these Terms will be conducted under the then-prevailing rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitrator’s award will be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated or representative action.
  • Alright, so I'm never usually on here, but still. A 72-hour ban is ridiculous for "exploiting" your own error. I didn't bother checking if any in-game currency was charged because I saw "Buy Again" which is kind of like, an incentive to do it? So I have almost 2.000.000 VIP points and you're going to be like that. I just dumped another $50 on your (for once) decent dilithium offer TODAY. I have taken a step back from the game recently because I have some real life stuff going on, but now that I can actually get a few minutes to play and use this new feature, suddenly I'm gone for 3 days because of what you people did in your coding? Hard pass on that method of handling. Might have to just stop altogether, you'll lose a decent chunk of money that way. The way I see it? I'll accept the ban, but maybe put a nice refund into my account for all the money I threw at this game when it was actually fun and tolerable. Or lift the ban and I'll accept the zeroing of ISM and the loss of some polestars. Your choice.
